March 26, 2014

Welcome to the 26th Annual Hunter Hotel Investment Conference, a hotel real estate and finance conference designed for today’s hotel owner and investor.

You are attending one of the nation’s top hotel investment conferences. In this changing market, it is important that lodging professionals meet, network, and work together to gain insight and to best determine how to proceed.

“The Time is Now!”…that’s our theme for 2014. It is a call to action for hoteliers to move forward with that project they have been considering. It is a good time to refinance – buy – develop – sell – renovate.

We have asked our speakers to tell you what they see in the near future in our business. This should provide you many and varied opinions from an experienced and diverse group of hotel industry leaders. We have planned an exciting conference that is packed with knowledgeable speakers and timely subject matter which will be relevant to hotel owners today.

Networking – Be sure to take full advantage of the networking aspects of this Conference. Make it a point to have meaningful conversations with your fellow attendees during the two evening receptions, the two luncheons and the many networking breaks provided.

Your feedback is important to us as we plan for the 2015 Conference. An evaluation will be emailed to you immediately following the conference. Please complete the evaluation so that we can continue to improve this conference.

If we can be of assistance to you, please ask any of our hosts or hostesses. Again, welcome to the 26th Annual Hunter Hotel Investment Conference. Thank you for coming.

Sincerely,

Bob Hunter, CHB, ISHC Conference Co-Chair CEO, Hunter Hotel Advisors, Inc
