ABOUT THE WORKSHOP Joining dissimilar high strength alloys has potential application in aerospace industries, which could reduce weight and cost for the improved strength, corrosion resistance and high temperature property. This workshop aims to create a wonderful platform for researchers, faculty members, PG students and R&D industry delegates by providing hands on training in various advanced techniques for joining dissimilar high strength alloys. Distinguished & Outstanding Academic Researchers from prestigious universities including IISc, IIT and NIT will share their experience & knowledge in this field. The expected key topics for this workshop are as follows: Advanced Welding Techniques Friction Stir Welding and Processing Welding of dissimilar materials using Hybrid Laser
