The Cavatina Group focuses its core business on the o�ce prop-
erty segment. Created and led by Mr. Michal Dziuda - the main
shareholder of the Murapol Holding Company with 17 years of
experience. Company has successfully operated over 85 invest-
ments in 12 cities in Poland with over 3000 housing sales in
2016 & leading up to make it 4000 in 2017. Murapol plans its
investments in Berlin, Edinburgh and Rome to make the compa-

over the Skarbiec Holding S.A. wallet which mobilizes assets over

Groups portfolio consist of six active projects in major cities of
Poland. All investments rapidly reached the threshold of 110
000 sqm of GLA in first phase (Phase 1 - under construction).
Currently, Cavatina Group is in the process of acquiring second
phase (Phase 2) land properties that will allow to start the
construction of further o�ce buildings in the biggest Polish cities
in Q2 of 2018, totaling the GLA of 300 000 sqm in the market.
Cavatina works with their own general contractor & own archi-
tecture studio, which team works on many worldwide contests
