From the start and throughout there is an uncommon feeling of light and space here thanks in part to large windows that also take full advantage of the beautiful views all of which adds to the overall pleasure of the whole. The principal living rooms all lead off a lovely reception hall, with an engineered oak floor, which immediately sets off the sense of space. The sitting room continues that feeling and is a delightfully light, front to back main living space for the house where a seated square bay window looks out over the wonderful view at the front and where solid oak, double glazed doors lead out onto the terrace and garden at the back. At one end there is an open fire and as with the hall an engineered oak floor runs through the whole room.

Sitting in an elevated and very quiet position with outstanding views to the front and back this location is close to the heart of the town and just a few minutes walk from Guildford’s beautiful and historic cobbled High Street and 10 minutes walk to its excellent commuter station.

The town has a vast array of bars, cafes and restaurants that cater for almost every taste as well as a huge range of shops that provide for every conceivable need. Entertainment options in the town abound with the renowned Yvonne Arnaud theatre, the multi screen cinema and the superb G Live venue. Directions
