We intend to add more licences to our product portfolio in order to expand our world of brands.” Eric Sperber, Managing Director or BALDESSARIN Ahlers AG from Herford has awarded another licence for its premium brand BALDESSARINI; this time for high-quality bed linen. The licence holder is the company Yes for bed GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of elegante bed-line fashion GmbH located in Bielefeld. A specialist in exclusive bed linen has been acquired by partnering with the family enterprise founded in 1971. Two collections per year are planned with bed linen, handtowels and home accessories in premium cotton and linen quality. BALDESSARINI bed linen is exclusively produced in Europe (Portugal) and will be available in the natural shades of Ocean, Grey, Saffron, Camel and Nature. Distribution takes place through elegante itself, using both stationary retail and the online segment. The planned sales countries are the European Union, Switzerland and Russia. The BALDESSARINI world of brands includes modern ready-to-wear, sportswear and a wide selection of denim as well as fragrances, glasses, headwear, jewellery and bodywear sold under licence. The collections of the globally operating brand BALDESSARINI are available in around 700 Points of Sale, including at around 650 wholesale locations and mono-label stores. Baldessarini is also sold through the Ahlers AG multilabel shop concept, the Elsbach Denim Library, and its own online shop www.baldessarini.com. Since the end of 2017 the Baldessarini headquarters are located in Herford.
