1. ALLERGY ALERT TEST Perform an allergy alert test 48 hours
before each product use, even if you have already used coloring products before. Perform the allergy alert test on an area of skin sized approximately 0.5 in × 0.5 in on the inside of the elbow. Apply a small amount of the Color Creme in a thin layer on the inside of the elbow with a cotton bud and leave uncovered for 45 minutes. Avoid contact with clothes. Close tube again carefully. After 45 minutes, wash off the Color Creme thoroughly with luke-warm water. If any reaction occurs during the processing time or during the follow-ing 48 hours, you should rinse immedi-ately and not use this colorant.
This test represents an important precau-tion. However, be aware that even if an al-lergy alert test has been carried out you may still experience an allergic reaction when you color your hair. The allergy alert test is not a guarantee of avoiding future allergic reactions. Please consult a doc-tor if you have any doubts.

ATTENTION, PLEASE NOTEBefore application, please read the safety instruc-tions on the back side of the instruction leaflet carefully. Perform the Allergy Alert Test in any case (see back side), even if you have used a colorant product of this or another brand before.Please do not wash your hair prior to application. Do not use this product if your hair has been colored with henna or metal dyes. Wait until your hair has regrown and the colored parts have been cut off. If your hair is longer than shoulder length, we recommend using 2 packs of Keratin Color for the application. Apply the coloring mixture immediately after mixing. Discard any unused mixture promptly – it cannot be stored for another application and resealing may cause the container to burst.
HELPFUL HINTS BEFORE THE APPLICATION
Do not allow the product to come into contact with clothing or jewelry as the accruing stains normally cannot be removed. Please note that lightening shades will not lighten to the level expected when applied to colored hair.We recommend repeating the application every 4 weeks as hair grows approximately 0.5 in per month. Do not use Keratin Color two weeks after having done a perm or bleaching. Otherwise, the color result could become too intense or uneven.If you have permed or bleached hair or hair with highlights and you select a red or violet shade, we recommend shortening the processing time in the hair lengths by 5−10 minutes.If your hair is very dry or in poor condition, apply the colorant mixture to the midlength and the ends of your hair only for the last 5 minutes of the processing time. Otherwise, this could result in a more intensive color.Color stains on the skin can easily be removed with skin toner on a cotton pad.

Before coloring your hair, put on the gloves. Cover your clothes with an old towel. Have a watch nearby, so that you can check the pro-cessing time. Please apply Keratin Color on dry, unwashed hair.
Step 1: Twist cap, and apply Pre-Treatment on dry ends of your hair.
2. MIXING:Step 2a: Pierce the Color Creme tube with the reverse side of the cap. Carefully squeeze the entire content into the Application Bottle.Place the cap back on the Application Bottle and close it securely. Shake the bottle vigorously until all ingredients are mixed into a smooth cream.
Then twist off the tip of the cap and immediately start with the application process as follows.
Attention: The color of the mixture may change dur-ing the coloration process, but this will not influence the final color result.
3.a APPLICATION:Step 2b: FULL HEAD APPLICATION: This method is recommended if:• you are coloring your hair permanently for the first
time.• your previous hair color has completely grown out, has
been washed away and no regrowth is visible.
Apply the entire mixture, strand after strand, onto all of your hair. Then massage the mixture in with your fingertips. Leave on your hair to develop for 30 minutes.Except:• For shades 10.0, 12.0 and 12.4 leave the mixture in
for 30 to 45 minutes depending on the color intensity you would like to achieve.
3.b REGROWTH APPLICATION:Step 2c: REGROWTH APPLICATION: This method is recommended if:• your hair has been colored and the regrowth is visible.• the ends of your hair are darker or in poor condition.At first, apply 2/3 of the mixture throughout the whole regrowth area. To do this, part a section of your hair
using the tip of the Appli-cation Bottle. Apply the mixture along the parting by massaging it into the roots with your fingertips (leave supplied gloves on). Repeat this procedure for the whole regrowth area.Leave on to develop for 20 minutes.Afterwards, apply the remaining mixture to the ends of your hair. Massage well and leave on for an additional 10 minutes. The processing time in total should be between 30 and 45 minutes, depending on the color intensity you would like to achieve.Except:• For shades 10.0, 12.0 and 12.4 leave the mixture
in for 30 to 45 minutes for regrowth area. Apply to the roots and 5 minutes in the lengths.
4. RINSING & AFTER CARE: Step 3: At the end of processing time, apply warm water to the hair and work into lather. Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear.Afterwards, massage the specially developed Keratin Care Complex Conditioner into towel-dried hair and leave it in for 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Depend-ing on the length of your hair, the Conditioner can be used for 3–4 applications.

4. ENJUAGUE Y CUIDADO POSTE-RIOR:

Enjuague bien hasta que el agua corra limpia.Luego, masajee el acondicionador especialmente diseñado Keratin Care Complex en el cabello secado con toalla y déjelo actuar durante 2 minutos. Enjua-gue completamente. Según el largo de su cabello, el acondicionador se puede utilizar para 3–4 aplicaciones.
