2LS is a consulting engineering firm based in New York City specializing in MEP

Engineering with a passion for building design, integrated building services, and energy

efficient engineering.

2LS was formed early in 2011 with a vision and desire to influence the industry with a

wide range of local and international experience in MEP building services engineering

and energy consultancy.

The 2LS team focuses on our clients, owners, architects, and the design team at large,

contributing to problem solving technically and efficiently.

We define client expectations early in the design process, and by establishing the level

of performance required of the end product, we can provide advice on the appropriate

procurement route and full project scope.

As Principal, Jeremy oversees the

management of the New York office and is

responsible for all aspects of mechanical

design; everything from organizing incoming

CAD files to construction administration. As a

Mechanical Engineer, Jeremy has extensive

experience in HVAC and control systems

in small and large scale projects including

restaurants, commercial, industrial, retail,

hospitals, libraries, and airports. Jeremy has

extensive experience in fast-paced tenant fit-

out projects and high-end apartments.

As Principal, Greg oversees the management

of the New York office and is responsible for

all aspects of plumbing and fire protection

design. As an engineer, Greg has a strong

knowledge of Plumbing and Fire Protection

systems with local and international code

requirements, as well as over 20 years of

experience in the construction industry. Greg
