Dear Colleagues,It is an honor and pleasure for us to extend
this cordial invitation to you , to participate in the 21st National Workshop on Evidence Based Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery scheduled to be held from February 2nd -5th 2017, being organized by the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery, Hitkarini Dental College in collaboration with Jabalpur Hospital & Research Centre, Jabalpur, under the auspices of Indian Academy of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons of India, M.P Chapter & Indian Society of Facial, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons.
You are welcome to this most exciting event of the year which is dedicated especially to various unique and complex cases concerned with Facial Esthetics, Pathologies and Reconstruction. This workshop is organized each year with the help of valuable co-operation from the University of Louisiana (U.S.A.), bringing dignitaries from the Western world and Indian Surgeons from all over India in this multidisciplinary event. Thus, providing new opportunities to re-orient, deepen and broaden horizons in the surgical & educational aspects of our field in the years ahead.

GUIDELINES FOR E- POSTER/PAPER PRESENTATION
1. Scientific posters and papersare invited for presentation from students
pursuing I / II / III MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
2. Abstracts of postersand papers should reach the workshop secretariat on
or before 12th January 2017, duly attested by HOD.
3.It is mandatory for the candidates to register prior to submission of
abstracts.
4.The scientific contents of the posterand papers would be evaluated and
its acceptance for presentation will be purely at the discretion of scientific
committee.
5. Abstract should not exceed 250 words.
6. Each Abstract should include a Title, List all authors, Department,
Institute/Hospital and City
7.The Name of the presenting author should be written as the first author.
Certificate shall be issued only to the presenting author.
8. Use capital letters for abstract title.
9. Type the text in the size 10 of Arial font with single spacing between the
lines.
10. Use Standard abbreviations placed in brackets only after the full word or
phrase has been stated the first time it appears
11. Please submit separate abstract form for each posterand papers to be
presented. Handwritten abstract and submission through Fax will not be
accepted.
12.The poster should be on one PPT. slide only and should be submitted by
20th JANUARY 2017.
13.Do not mention college, name of presenter or guide name in the poster.
14.Time of 2 mins will be given to every poster presenter and 1 mins for
questions.The time of 7mins, will be given to every paper presenter and 1
mins for questions.
15. PapersE poster will qualify for prize category if done on prior dates
