Basically doing an approach for the second time after mrs Jones gave you an objection

Mrs Jones hasn’t really heard you

You want to get in!

You believe Mrs Jones You aren’t used to be persistent with people

you don’t know Fear

Remember: Mrs Jones is a professional buyer

ALWAYS after: * your first approach is done * mrs J has given you an

objection

(by the way, mrs J has still to be on the door)

When you hear an objection:put down your case, step back to where you were smile talk slowlyNAMES! NAMES! NAMES are MAGIC!!!

break eye contact, pick up your case, step forward reach for the doorknob. wipe your feet – expect to get in!

“Is inside ok or outside here would be better? Let me show you what it

is right here.”
