    By China Semiconductor Industry Association (CSIA)s statistics,

    Chinas domestic sales volume for the first half of 2013 reached to

    115.58 billion (+14% yoy); breaking down into design sectors 33.17

    billion (+32.8% yoy), manufacture sectors 30.54 billion (+10.1%

    yoy), and encapsulation and testing sectors 51.87 billion (+6.6%

    yoy). According to customs statistics, in the first half of 2013, China

    imports 128.23 billion integrated circuits (+19.5% yoy), amounted to

    $117.21 billion (+41.7% yoy); and exports 71.4 billion integrated circuits

    (+50% yoy), amounted to $52.46 billion (+191.6% yoy).

    Amongst such a context, the 2nd Asia Semiconductor Pioneer

    Forum 2014 (ASPF 2014) will be held in Taiwan during 67 March
