Bar Dispensing Set up

System Settings

1. From an empty speed screen, touch options/admin/system settings buttons.

2. Touch bar dispensing settings button.

3. Touch integration type drop down list arrow, a list of options will appear, select Easybar.

4. Touch item express drop down list arrow, a list of options will appear, select a time. (ex. 15 minutes)

Note: Dispense authorizations expire if not used within a certain amount of time.

5. Touch maintain data drop down list arrow, a list of options will appear. Select appropriate time. (ex. 2 weeks)

Adding Menu Items

6. Touch define menu items button.

7. To choose a department, touch the drop down list arrow, then select department.

8. To choose a category, touch the drop down list arrow, then select category.

9. Select a menu item, then touch the add button.

10. Enter a drink code using the screen keypad.

Note: (2TouchPOS will accept alphabetic, numeric, and punctuation in a drink code. Drink codes can be

between 1 and 20 characters in length. 2TouchPOS does not require all drink codes to be the same

length).

11. Touch the save button.

12. Repeat step 9.

13. Touch save and close buttons.

Removing a Menu Item

14. To remove a menu item

a. Select the menu item.

b. Touch remove item button.

c. Touch save and close buttons.

Dispensing and Routing Station Setup

Configure a Terminal as a Dispensing Terminal

1. From an empty speed screen, touch options/admin/system settings/bar dispensing settings buttons.

2. Lower right hand corner, touch station settings button.

3. From the list of stations, select one dispensing station, and touch dispensing station box and a check will

appear.

4. Dispenser Configuration 2TouchPOS automatically enters the default Easybar configurations. Press the

arrows next to each setting to choose a different value.

5. Touch save and close.

Configure Dispense Routing on a client terminal

Configure Multiple Terminals as Dispensing Stations in One Dispenser Group

1. From an empty speed screen, touch options/admin/system settings/bar dispensing settings buttons.

2. Lower right hand corner, touch station settings button.

3. From the station description list, select one station, then touch dispensing station box and a check will appear.

4. Dispenser Configuration 2TouchPOS automatically enters the default Easybar configurations. Press the

arrows next to each setting to choose a different value.

5. Touch save and close buttons.

6. Select another station (this station will dispense at the main station).

7. Under Dispense Routing, normal volume, touch the arrow and select Dispenser Group (ex. Main Station).

8. Repeat steps 6 & 7 to add more station to dispense at one central dispensing station (ex. Main station).

Multiple Dispensing Stations Dispensing and Multiple Dispenser Groups

1. From an empty speed screen, touch options/admin/system settings/bar dispensing settings buttons.

2. Lower right hand corner, touch station settings button.

3. From the station description list, select your default dispensing station, touch dispensing station box and a

check will appear.

4. Dispenser Configuration 2TouchPOS automatically enters the default Easybar configurations. Press the

arrows next to each setting to choose a different value.

5. Touch save and close buttons.

6. Repeat steps 3 thru 5 to add another dispensing station.

7. Select another station.

8. Under Dispense Routing, normal volume, touch the arrow and select Dispenser Group (ex. main or barback

station).

9. Repeat steps 7 & 8 if needed.

Setting Permissions for Bar Dispensing

1. From an empty speed screen, touch options/admin/employee setup/permissions buttons.

2. Touch in the filter search box, then type in bar dispensing.

3. Touch corresponding circles to allow employee specific permissions.

4. Touch close button.

Bar Dispensing Monitor

Bar Monitoring Button

1. From an empty speed screen, touch options/admin/establishment/options layout buttons.

2. Select bar dispensing, and then touch a space on the option screen.

3. Touch save and close buttons.

Monitoring Authorizations

1. From an empty speed screen, touch options/bar dispensing monitor buttons.

2. A list of menu item for dispense (any menu item in dark red indicates the item has expired, without be

dispensed).

3. Dispenser Group lists all dispensing station, touch the drop down list arrow, if you have multiple dispensing

stations

4. Display the last refers to the amount of time a item will be displayed, touch the drop down list arrow, you

have multiple options.

5. Touch the Dispense type drop down list arrow, you have multiple options.

6. Dark red menu item indicates that dispense time has expired, without the item being dispensed

Transfer a Menu Item to another Dispensing Station

1. From an empty speed screen, touch options/bar dispensing monitor buttons.

2. Select menu item, then touch transfer items button.

3. Select dispensing station, touch transfer items button.

Deleting a Dispensed Item

1. Select menu item, touch delete button

2. Touch yes, then enter authorized ID

Bar Dispensing Reports

1. From an empty speed screen, touch options/reports/bar dispensing buttons.

2. Touch dates, select your date range button.

3. Touch ok, touch run button.

4. Chose your preferred saving/printing method, then touch close button.

5. Repeat steps 2 thru 4 to print/save/email other bar dispensing reports.
