Lifting tableThis work station is flexible in every respect: although its key feature is the continuously adjustable working height, the user can also adapt the position of the working mate-rials according to requirements. Its wheels also allow the table to be moved.

Patented grip profile
The metal joints of the pipe racking system by G.S ACE have a special, patented design with a pyramid-shaped grip structure on the contact surfaces (see illustration). As a result they hold all pipes firmly in position; in the case of coated pipes grip is even increased by a further 30%.
An additional innovation is the markings on the outside of the joints to indicate maximum and minimum depth of insert, thus facilitating work with the joints.

Tools and storage boxes can be placed on perforated panels. The light twin-wall panels are suitable for items that need to be protected from dust and from view. Selection of the suitable type of bearing
Plain bearings (G) A simple, reasonably priced, non/sensitive, and in normal situations maintenance-free bearing. Suitable for apparatus and transport equip-ment that is driven relatively infre-quently, and at low speeds.
castor bearings (R) Robust, hard-wearing bearing with very low rolling resistance; these have proved themselves principally in transport equipment. Greased with long-life grease when assembled, after which they are generally maintenance-free.
Ball bearings(K) Fulfil the highest requirements in terms of loading capacity, running characteristics (even at high speeds) and reliability. Are used principally in demanding transport equipment and heavy-duty castors.

Flexible working height? With this simple but high-quality hydraulic lifting system you can easily install continuous height adjustment exactly for the load and lift required.
The system is mounted on flexible connecting leads, works independently of load and completely synchronously, even where the load is unevenly distributed. Due to its small dimensions, high loading capacity and quiet drive the system has decisive advantages vis-à-vis conventional lifting systems.

● Electric drive Type D has intelligent controls allowing 4 positions to be saved. In addition the height is digital-ly indicated on the cable remote control (2.50 m cable included in the package). The power supply is integrated in the control unit; electric monitoring protects the drive from overload and at the same time serves as protection when the system is raised.
Note: the electric drives are not suitable for permanent operation. After one minute running time the drive requires a break of around 20 minutes (ED 5%).
