Per our phone conversation this afternoon, I writing to clarify several items in my letteror Ft.'bruary 20. 2001 to you. AHFC is ple-.,ed to participate in and support the FairHousing Conferenc~ $cheduled for April 10 and 11 in Anchorage. AHFC has alreadycntl:red into an agreement with one of the keynote presenters. Mr. Phillip look, and willbe responsible for his travel expenses and honorarium. AHFC will reimburse theAnchorage Equal Rights Commission for the costS of the conference meeting site at theRegal Alaska. for thc printing (and mailing ifneccssary) of the conference brochure, andlor other pre-appruv('d ~onfercnce rclated expcnscs. In addition to these reimbursablecxpens~s covered by the HUD Technical Assistance (TA) grant. AHFC will alsocontribute an additional $2.000 in non.federal funding to reimburse the AERC for~xpenses that are not covered by the HUD T A grant
