Step 2Mix all the following ingredients:

• ¼ cup brown sugar

• ¼ cup all-purpose flour (spooned and level)

• 1 cup cocoa powder

• ½ teaspoon coarse salt

• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter

Step 3Pour (step 2) on top of (step 1) and put it in the oven for 190°c for 45 minutes
