Activate 3 Super Talk

Read the Terms and Conditions, then press“Accept”.

Enter your 3HK mobile number, then press“Next”.

You will receive a 6-digit verification codethrough SMS. Enter the code, then press“Next”.If you cannot receive the SMS of verificationcode, press “Call Me”. The system will callyou and announce the 6-digit verificationcode through the voice call. Enter the code,then press “Next”.

Connect and Start to Use 3 Super Talk

Once you open the 3 Super Talk App, theApp will automatically try to connect to dataservice.

Once data service is connected, the status will change to “Connected”. The App icon in thenotification bar will turn blue (only applicable to Android devices).

You may now press the dial pad and to make a call or you may press “Contacts” and

select a name to call.If you make a call to an overseas number, please press [+], [001] or [1968], followed by

[country code] [area code] [local number] and press .

Attention: standard IDD 1968 tariff will be charged.

Make a Call Using 3 Super Talk

Press the dial pad or select a name in“Contacts” to make a call. The App will nowchange to an in-call screen.

Press to pause the call (the icon will change to ). Press to resume the call (the

icon will change to ).

Press to activate the speaker, and

press to de-activate the speaker.

Press to mute the call, and pressto un-mute the call.

Press to end the call.

Press to pick the call, or press to reject the call.

To mute the ringtone, press the volume key once.

Receive a Call Using 3 Super Talk (iOS)

In 3 Super Talk App: press to pick the

call, or press to reject the call.

At home or running other apps: incomingcall notification will be shown in thenotification center. Press the notification topick the call.

Idle: incoming call notification will be shownin the notification center. Slide thenotification to pick the call.

Press “History” to view all call historyincluding “Frequently Used Numbers”, “AllCalls” and “Missed Calls”.

You may call the number directly in“History”. Selected the number then press“Call” to return a call. Or you can press “AddContact” to add the number to the contactlist.

Press “Edit” then press “Clear All” to clear all call history. Or press to clear selected call history.

Check Contacts in 3 Super Talk

Press “Contacts”, the App will show allcontact information.

To make a call through Contacts, select thename then select the number to call.

Other Options and Settings in 3 Super Talk

Data Connection: select if you want toconnect 3 Super Talk using Wi-Fi ormobile data.

Connection Mode: select the App to connect to data service automatically or manually.

If “Manual” is selected, you must press “Keypad” and press to connect to the data service

(once data service is connected, the icon will change to and the App icon in the notification

bar will turn blue). Press to disconnect the data service (once data service is disconnected,

the icon will change to and the App icon in the notification bar will turn grey).

Ringtone: select your own ringtone todifferentiate an incoming call of 3 SuperTalk.

Earpiece / Headset Volume Adjustment:adjust the default earpiece / headsetvolume.

Microphone Volume Adjustment: adjust thedefault microphone volume.

Data Quality Test: test the data service performance for the use of 3 Super Talk.Press “Data Quality Test” then press “Start Test”.Test results will be shown after the test is completed.Attention: this test will consume about 0.8MB, and data charge might be incurred.

Exit 3 Super Talk (Android)

To idle 3 Super Talk in the background,press the “Home” key of the Android device.The App icon will be shown in thenotification bar (blue: connected; grey:disconnected)

To exit 3 Super Talk, press “Others” thenpress “Exit” and “OK”.

To idle 3 Super Talk in the background,press the “Home” key of the iOS device.

To exit 3 Super Talk, press the “Home” keyof the iOS device twice to go to multitaskingdisplay, then drag the App up to exit theApp.
