    The purpose of Condensate System is mainly to

    Condense the ST exhaust steam or dumpedsteam by the Turbine Bypass System

    In general, this system is provided tosecure minimum required water flow foreither condensate pump or GSC (glandsteam condenser).

    Line is tapped from GSC outlet In SLP case minimum requirement

    comes from GSC (Min. RequiredFlow : 25 t/h)

    Recalculation flow goes back to theCondenser Hotwell

    Pneumatic actuated FCV and FT areprovided for this purpose

    HRSG (1)

    One (1) - natural circulation, horizontal gas flow, dualpressure heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) isprovided to produce superheated steam by exchangingthe heat from the GT exhaust gas.

    1. General

    All the devices/equipment of the HRSG (both HP andLP) are controlled by plant DCS.

    2.2. Preheater and Associated System

    (1) Preheater Recirculation Line

    This system is provided for thepurpose of maintaining the tubeouter surface temperature of the

    Preheater above dew point ofexhaust gas.

    Inlet Water Temp < 50 C

    The system will be online. Inlet Water Temp 50C

    Preheater outlet water is returned to the inlet

    Inlet Temp 50C

    2x100% Recirculation Pumps are provided.

    ARC Valve is provided for the control of minimum required flow.
