INFORMATION RESEARCHING

What is CE marking? CE marking is mandatory for products sold in the European Economic Area (EEA).It consists of the CE-mark and, if applicable, the four digit identification number of the notified bodyinvolved in the conformity assessment procedure.The CE marking is the manufacturer's declaration that the product meets the requirements of the applicable EC directives.EN 1090 meets the requirements of 89/106/EEC modified by 93/68/EEC.

Because drawing up a WPS needs special competences, timeand money Air Liquide Weldinghas done a WPS package, incollaboration with TÜV Rheinland.Receive standard characteristic-related welding instruction forCITOWAVE, CITOSTEEL andCITOPULS equipment, which youcan use to qualify your WeldingProcedure Specification (WPS).

The producer must:• Have qualified welders.• Have coordinators of welding operations (IWS, IWT, IWE).
