    Before the installation and use of the appliance, carefullyread the supplied instructions. The manufacturer is notresponsible if an incorrect installation and use causes in-juries and damages. Always keep the instructions withthe appliance for future reference.

    1.1 Children and vulnerable people safetyWARNING!Risk of suffocation, injury or permanent disability.

    This appliance can be used by children aged from 8years and above and persons with reduced physical,sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience andknowledge if they are supervised by an adult or a per-son who is responsible for their safety.

    Do not let children play with the appliance. Keep all packaging away from children. Keep children and pets away from the appliance when

    it operates or when it cools down. Accessible parts arehot.

    If the appliance has a child safety device, we recom-mend that you activate it.

    Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made bychildren without supervision.

    1.2 General Safety Only a qualified person must install this appliance and

    replace the cable. Internally the appliance becomes hot when in opera-

    tion. Do not touch the heating elements that are in theappliance. Always use oven gloves to remove or put inaccessories or ovenware.

    Do not use a steam cleaner to clean the appliance. Before maintenance cut the power supply.

  • Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metalscrapers to clean the glass door since they can scratchthe surface, which may result in shattering of the glass.

    Ensure that the appliance is switched off before replac-ing the lamp to avoid the possibility of electric shock.

    2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

    This appliance is suitable for the followingmarkets: DZ RO

    2.1 InstallationWARNING!Only a qualified person must in-stall this appliance.

    Remove all the packaging. Do not install or use a damaged appli-

    ance. Obey the installation instruction sup-

    plied with the appliance. Always be careful when you move the

    appliance because it is heavy. Alwayswear safety gloves.

    Do not pull the appliance by the handle. Keep the minimum distance from the

    other appliances and units. Make sure that the appliance is installed

    below and adjacent safe structures. The sides of the appliance must stay

    adjacent to appliances or to units withthe same height.

    Electrical connectionWARNING!Risk of fire and electrical shock.

    All electrical connections should bemade by a qualified electrician.

    The appliance must be earthed. Make sure that the electrical information

    on the rating plate agrees with the pow-er supply. If not, contact an electrician.

    Always use a correctly installed shock-proof socket.

    Do not use multi-plug adapters and ex-tension cables.

    Make sure not to cause damage to themains plug and to the mains cable.Contact the Service or an electrician tochange a damaged mains cable.

    Do not let mains cables to come intouch with the appliance door, speciallywhen the door is hot.

    The shock protection of live and insula-ted parts must be fastened in such away that it cannot be removed withouttools.

    Connect the mains plug to the mainssocket only at the end of the installa-tion. Make sure that there is access tothe mains plug after the installation.

    If the mains socket is loose, do notconnect the mains plug.

    Do not pull the mains cable to discon-nect the appliance. Always pull themains plug.

    Use only correct isolation devices: lineprotecting cut-outs, fuses (screw typefuses removed from the holder), earthleakage trips and contactors.

    The electrical installation must have anisolation device which lets you discon-nect the appliance from the mains at allpoles. The isolation device must have acontact opening width of minimum 3mm.

    Gas connection All gas connections should be made by

    a qualified person. Before installation, make sure that the

    local distribution conditions (nature ofthe gas and gas pressure) and the ad-justment of the appliance are compati-ble.

  • Make sure that there is air circulationaround the appliance.

    The information about the gas supply ison the rating plate.

    This appliance is not connected to adevice, which evacuates the productsof combustion. Make sure to connectthe appliance according to current in-stallation regulations. Pay attention torequirements regarding adequate venti-lation.

    2.2 UseWARNING!Risk of injury, burns or electricshock or explosion.

    Use this appliance in a household envi-ronment.

    Do not change the specification of thisappliance.

    Make sure that the ventilation openingsare not blocked.

    Do not let the appliance stay unatten-ded during operation.

    Deactivate the appliance after eachuse.

    Be careful when you open the appli-ance door while the appliance is in op-eration. Hot air can release.

    Do not operate the appliance with wethands or when it has contact with wa-ter.

    Do not apply pressure on the opendoor.

    Do not use the appliance as a worksurface or as a storage surface.

    Always keep the appliance door closedwhen the appliance is in operation.

    Open the appliance door carefully. Theuse of ingredients with alcohol cancause a mixture of alcohol and air.

    Do not let sparks or open flames tocome in contact with the appliancewhen you open the door.

    Do not put flammable products or itemsthat are wet with flammable productsin, near or on the appliance.

    To prevent damage or discoloration tothe enamel:

    do not put ovenware or other objectsin the appliance directly on the bottom. do not put aluminium foil directly onthe bottom of the appliance. do not put water directly into the hotappliance. do not keep moist dishes and food inthe appliance after you finish the cook-ing. be careful when you remove or installthe accessories.

    Discoloration of the enamel has no ef-fect on the performance of the appli-ance. It is not a defect in the sense ofthe warranty law.

    Use a deep pan for moist cakes. Fruitjuices cause stains that can be perma-nent.

    This appliance is for cooking purposesonly. It must not be used for other pur-poses, for example room heating.

    Always cook with the oven door closed.

    2.3 Care and CleaningWARNING!Risk of injury, fire or damage tothe appliance.

    Before maintenance, deactivate the ap-pliance and disconnect the mains plugfrom the mains socket.

    Make sure the appliance is cold. Thereis the risk that the glass panels canbreak.

    Replace immediately the door glasspanels when they are damaged. Con-tact the Service.

    Be careful when you remove the doorfrom the appliance. The door is heavy!

    Clean regularly the appliance to preventthe deterioration of the surface material.

    Remaining fat or food in the appliancecan cause fire.

    Clean the appliance with a moist softcloth. Only use neutral detergents. Donot use abrasive products, abrasivecleaning pads, solvents or metal ob-jects.

    If you use an oven spray, obey the safe-ty instructions on the packaging.

    Do not clean the catalytic enamel (if ap-plicable) with any kind of detergent.

  • 2.4 Internal light The type of light bulb or halogen lamp

    used for this appliance, is only forhousehold appliances. Do not use it forhouse lighting.

    Before replacing the lamp, disconnectthe appliance from the power supply.

    Only use lamps with the same specifi-cations.

    2.5 DisposalWARNING!Risk of injury or suffocation.

    Disconnect the appliance from themains supply.

    Cut off the mains cable and discard it. Flat the external gas pipes. Remove the door catch to prevent chil-

    4.1 Initial cleaning Remove all accessories and removable

    shelf supports (if applicable). Clean the appliance before first use.

    Refer to the chapter "Care andcleaning".

    4.2 PreheatingPreheat the empty appliance to burn offthe remaining grease.1. Set the function and the maximum

    temperature

    2. Let the appliance operate for 60 90 minutes.

    3. Set the function and the maximumtemperature.

    4. Let the appliance operate for 5 10minutes.

    Accessories can become hotter than innormal use. The appliance can emit odourand smoke. This is normal. Make surethat the airflow is sufficient.

    Let the oven cool down. Dampena soft cloth with warm water anda little mild washing-up liquid anduse this to clean the oven cavity.

    5.1 Oven Functions

    5.4 Gas oven cookingIgnition of oven gas burner:

    1. Open the oven door.2. Press the gas oven control knob and

    turn it to . Keep it pushed forsome seconds, but no more than 15seconds. Do not release it until theflame comes on.

    Manual ignition:

    If there is no power supply, temporarily.1. Open the oven door.2. Hold a flame near the hole in the bot-

    tom of the oven cavity.3. At the same time push the gas oven

    control knob and turn it counterclock-wise to the maximum temperature.

    4. When the flame comes on, keep thegas oven control knob pushed for ap-proximately 15 seconds.

    Control the flame through theholes in the bottom of the oven.

    If the oven gas burner does notcome on or if it accidentally goesout:1. Release the gas oven control

    knob and turn it to theOff position.

    2. Leave the oven door open.3. After one minute, try to light

    the oven gas burner again.

    After ignition:1. Release the gas oven control knob.2. Close the oven door.3. Turn the gas oven control knob to the

    necessary temperature setting.Oven safety device:The gas oven has a thermocouple. Itstops the gas flow, if the flame goes out.

    You can not use the gas oven andthe electrical grill with turnspit (ifpresent) at the same time.

    5.5 Using the Fan Gas OvenWARNING!Always cook with the oven doorclosed.

    The gas burner heats up the air in-side the oven. The fan moves hotair to keep the equal temperature.

    1. Light the oven gas burner (refer to"Gas Oven Cooking ).

    2. Upon ignition, turn the oven functioncontrol knob to position .

    The oven fan starts after approxi-mately 10 minutes of cooking.

    5.6 Grilling1. Turn the oven function control knob

    clockwise to . The symbol onthe control knob indicates the tem-perature range. (from a minimum ofabout 50C to a maximum of about200C)

    2. Adjust the grill and the grid pan run-ner position to allow for differentthickness of food. Place the foodclose to the top element for faster

  • cooking and further away for moregentle cooking.

    You should place most foods on thegrid in the grill pan to allow maximumcirculation of air and to lift the food outof the fats and juices. If you prefer, youmay place directly on the grill pan foodsuch as fish, liver and kidneys.

    To minimise splashing, you should thor-oughly dry food before grilling. Brushlean meats and fish lightly with a little oilor melted butter to keep them moistduring cooking.

    You may place accompaniments suchas tomatoes and mushrooms under-neath the grid when grilling meats.

    You should use the top runner positionwhen toasting bread.

    You should turn over the food duringcooking, as you require.

    5.7 Grill indicatorThe grill indicator (refer to "Product de-scription") comes on when the grill cook-ing function is selected. It goes off whenthe oven reaches the correct temperature.It then cycles on and off to show the tem-perature adjusts.

    6. CLOCK FUNCTIONS

    6.1 Minute MinderUse it to set a countdown time for anoven function.

    This function has no effect on theoperation of the oven.

    1. Turn the knob for the timer as far as itgoes, then turn it to necessary timeperiod.

    2. After the time period is completed, anacoustic signal sounds.

    7. USING THE ACCESSORIESWARNING!Refer to the Safety chapters.

    7.1 TurnspitWARNING!Be careful when you use the turn-spit. The forks and the spit aresharp. There is a risk of injury.

    WARNING!Use oven gloves when you re-move the turnspit. The turnspitand the grill are hot. There is a riskof burns.

    1. Put the turnspit handle into the spit. 2. Put the roasting pan on the lowestshelf level.

  • 3. Put the turnspit frame on the secondshelf position from the bottom.

    4. Install the first fork on the spit, thenput the meat on the turnspit and installthe second fork.

    5. Use the screws to tighten the forks.6. Put the tip of the spit into the turnspit

    hole. Refer to "Product description".7. Put the front part of the spit on the

    turnspit frame.

    8. Remove the turnspit handle.9. Turn the knob for the oven functions

    to . The turnspit rotates.10.

    Set the necessary temperature. Referto the cooking tables.

    8. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS

    8.1 Cooling fanWhen the appliance operates, the coolingfan activates automatically to keep the

    surfaces of the appliance cool. If you de-activate the appliance, the cooling fancontinues to operate until the temperaturein the appliance cools down.

    9. HELPFUL HINTS AND TIPS The appliance has four shelf levels.

    Count the shelf levels from the bottomof the appliance floor.

    The appliance has a special systemwhich circulates the air and constantlyrecycles the steam. With this systemyou can cook in a steamy environmentand keep the food soft inside and crus-ty outside. It decreases the cookingtime and energy consumption to a mini-mum.

    Moisture can condense in the applianceor on the door glass panels. This is nor-mal. Always stand back from the appli-ance when you open the appliancedoor while cooking. To decrease thecondensation, operate the appliance for10 minutes before cooking.

    Clean the moisture after each use ofthe appliance.

    Do not put the objects directly on theappliance floor and do not put alumini-um foil on the components when youcook. This can change the baking re-sults and cause damage to the enamel.

    9.1 Baking cakes Do not open the oven door before 3/4

    of the set cooking time is up. If you use two baking trays at the same

    time, keep one empty level betweenthem.

  • 9.2 Cooking meat and fish Use a deep pan for very fatty food to

    prevent the oven from stains that canbe permanent.

    Leave the meat for approximately 15minutes before carving so that the juicedoes not seep out.

    To prevent too much smoke in the ovenduring roasting, add some water intothe deep pan. To prevent the smokecondensation, add water each time af-ter it dries up.

    9.3 Cooking timesCooking times depend on the type offood, its consistency, and volume.Initially, monitor the performance whenyou cook. Find the best settings (heat set-ting, cooking time, etc.) for your cook-ware, recipes and quantities when youuse this appliance.

    Clean the front of the appliance with asoft cloth with warm water and a clean-ing agent.

    To clean metal surfaces use a usualcleaning agent.

    Clean the oven interior after each use.Fat accumulation or other food remainsmay result in a fire. The risk is higher forthe grill pan.

    Clean stubborn dirt with a special ovencleaner.

    Clean all oven accessories after eachuse and let them dry. Use a soft clothwith warm water and a cleaning agent.

    If you have nonstick accessories, donot clean them using aggressiveagents, sharp-edged objects or a dish-washer. It can destroy nonstick coating.

    Stainless steel or aluminiumappliances:Clean the oven door with a wetsponge only. Dry it with a softcloth.Do not use steel wool, acids orabrasive materials, as they cancause damage to the oven sur-face. Clean the oven control panelwith the same precautions.

    10.1 Cleaning the door gasket Regularly do a check of the door gas-

    ket. The door gasket is around theframe of the oven cavity. Do not use theappliance if the door gasket is dam-aged. Contact the Service Centre.

    To clean the door gasket, refer to thegeneral information about cleaning.

    10.2 Cleaning the oven doorYou can remove the oven door to clean it.

    Removing the oven door

    1. Open the door fully and hold the twodoor hinges.

  • 2. Lift and turn the levers on the twohinges.

    3. Close the oven door to the first open-ing position (halfway). Then pull for-ward and remove the door from itsseat. Put the door on a soft cloth ona stable surface.

    Clean the oven door with water and soap.Dry the oven door carefully.When the cleaning is completed, installthe oven door. To install the oven door,do the above steps in the opposite se-quence.

    10.3 Oven lampWARNING!Be careful when you change theoven lamp. There is a risk of elec-trical shock.

    Before you change the oven lamp: Deactivate the oven.

    Remove the fuses in the fuse box ordeactivate the circuit breaker.

    Put a cloth on the bottom of theoven to prevent damage to theoven light and glass cover.

    1. Turn the glass cover counterclock-wise to remove it.

    2. Clean the glass cover.3. Replace the oven light bulb with an

    applicable 300 C heat-resistant ovenlight bulb.Use the same oven lamp type.

    4. Install the glass cover.

    1. Do not fully put the oven into thebuilt-in cabinet (approximately 30 cm).There are two connection modes:a) Connection with a flexible metallic

    pipe (maximum length: 2 m): Put the supplied gasket be-

    tween the pipe and the gassupply ramp.

    Turn the pipe to the 1/2" gassupply ramp.

    b) Connection with a rigid metallicpipe (soft copper, minimum diam-eter: 8 mm): Use a male / female adapter

    (not supplied) to install the nutand the olive on the gas supplyramp.

    Put the pipe into the gas sup-ply ramp.

    2. Use a 22 mm spanner to tighten thenuts.Keep the gas supply ramp in the cor-rect position. Do not apply force tothe gas supply circuit.

    WARNING!Do not use a flame to controlfor leaks!

    3. Fully move the oven into the built-incabinet. Follow the instructions in"Building-in the Appliance"

    4. Seal the connection correctly. Use aleak detection to control it.

    WARNING!Do not squeeze the gas supplyramp and the pipe when youmove the oven into the built-incabinet.

    13.3 Adjustment to differenttypes of gas

    WARNING!Let only an authorized person dothe adjustment to different typesof gas.

    This appliance is for operationwith natural gas.With the correct injectors, you canalso operate it with another typeof gas.The gas rate is adjusted to suit.

    keep the gas oven burner in position.

    3. Carefully move the gas oven burneroff the injector support (D).Slowly move it to the left side. Makesure that the gas oven burner bushstays on the burner mouthpiece. Donot apply force to the wire of thespark plug connector (F) and to thethermocouple conductor (E).

    4. Unscrew the gas burner injector (D)with a 7 mm socket spanner and re-move it. Replace it with the necessa-ry one (see the table "Gas OvenBurner Data").

    5. Assemble the gas oven burner in theopposite sequence.

    6. Replace the gas type sticker near thegas supply ramp with the one appli-cable to the new gas type (suppliedwith the injector kit).

    WARNING!A primary air adjustment of thegas oven burner is not necessary.

    Minimum level adjustment of the gasoven burner:1. Disconnect the mains plug from the

    mains socket.

    2. Turn the control knob to the minimumposition and remove it.

    3. Adjust the adjustment screw (G) witha thin bladed screwdriver.

    7. Set the gas oven control knob to 240and let the oven heat for 10 minutesminimum.

    8. Turn the gas oven control knob from240 to minimum.

    Control the flame. If the flame goes out,do the procedure from point 1 to point 8again. There must be a small regularflame on the gas oven burner crown.The manufacturer is not responsible ifyou do not follow these safety meas-ures.

    13.4 Building-in the applianceConditions for building-in:

    Only set up the appliance in a kitchenor in a kitchen-dining room.

    Do not set up the appliance in a bath-room or a bedroom.

    The dimensions of the built-in cabinetmust agree with the related illustrations.

    There must be a minimum clearance of4 mm between the top surface of theappliance and the inner top of the cabi-net.

    When you install the appliance "built-under" (below a hob), install the hobbefore the oven unit.

    The materials must be resistant to atemperature increase of minimum 60C above the ambient temperature.

    There must be a continuous air supplyaround the oven in order to not havethe oven become too hot.

    For correct operation, the oven cabinetmust have a minimum opening of 130cm in the front or on the sides (a mini-mum of 65 cm for each side). Themanufacturer recommends a 130 cmopening in the front for a brick cabinetand a 65 cm opening for each side fora wooden cabinet.

    When you install a hob above the oven,make different electrical connections forthe hob and for the oven.Only make connections with correct ca-bles for the power supplied.

    Make sure that after the installa-tion, an engineer can have easyaccess to the oven if repairs ormaintenance are necessary.

    Conexiunea la reeaua electricAVERTIZARERisc de incendiu i de electrocutare.

    Toate conexiunile electrice trebuie realizatede ctre un electrician calificat.

    Protecia la electrocutare a pieselor aflate subtensiune i izolate trebuie fixat astfel nct snu permit scoaterea ei fr folosirea unorunelte.

    Introducei techerul n priz numai dup ncheierea procedurii de instalare. Asigurai-vc priza poate fi accesat dup instalare.

    Dac priza de curent prezint jocuri, nu conectai la ea techerul.

    Nu tragei de cablul de alimentare pentru ascoate din priz aparatul. Tragei ntotdeaunade techer.

    Folosii doar dispozitive de izolare adecvate:ntreruptoare pentru protecia liniei, siguranefuzibile (siguranele cu urub trebuie scoasedin suport), mecanisme de decuplare pentruscurgeri de curent i contactoare.

    Instalaia electric trebuie s fie prevzut cuun dispozitiv de izolare, care v permite sdeconectai aparatul de la reea la toi polii.Dispozitivul izolator trebuie s aib o deschidere ntre contacte de cel puin 3 mm.

    ctre o persoan calificat. nainte de instalare, verificai dac condiiile

    din reeaua local de distribuie a gazului (tipuli presiunea gazului) i reglajele aparatuluisunt compatibile.

    Verificai dac aerul circul n jurul aparatului. Informaiile despre alimentarea cu gaz se

    5.1 Funciile cuptoruluiFuncia cuptorului Aplicaie

    cteva secunde, dar nu mai mult de 15 secunde. Nu eliberai butonul pn la apariiaflcrii.

    Aprinderea manual:

    Verificai flacra prin orificiile din parteainferioar a cuptorului.

    Dac arztorul de gaz al cuptorului nuse aprinde sau dac se stinge accidental:1. Eliberai butonul de comand a

    cuptorului cu gaz i rotii-l pe poziia "Oprit".

    2. Lsai ua cuptorului deschis.3. Dup un minut, ncercai s rea

    prindei arztorul de gaz al cuptorului.

    gaz la temperatura corespunztoare.Dispozitiv de siguran pentru cuptor:Cuptorul cu gaz este dotat cu un termocuplu.Acesta oprete fluxul de gaz dac flacra se stinge.

    Nu putei utiliza simultan cuptorul cugaz i grtarul electric cu rotisor (dacexist).

    5.5 Pentru a utiliza cuptorul cu gaz cuventilator

    AVERTIZAREGtii ntotdeauna cu ua cuptorului nchis.

    Arztorul pe gaz nclzete aerul din interiorul cuptorului. Ventilatorul circulaerul fierbinte pentru a menine temperatura egal.

    1. Aprindei arztorul cuptorului cu gaz (consultai "Gtitul la cuptorul cu gaz").

    2. Dup aprindere, rotii butonul de comand acuptorului pe poziia .

    Ventilatorul cuptorului pornete dupaproximativ 10 minute de gtit.

    5.6 Grill1. Rotii butonul de comand a cuptorului spre

    dreapta la . Simbolul de pe butonulde comand indic gama de temperatur.(de la un minim de aproximativ 50C pnla un maxim de aproximativ 200C)

    2. Reglai poziia grtarului i a ghidajului tviipentru grtar n funcie de grosimea alimentelor. Punei alimentele aproape de elementul superior pentru o coacere mai rapid saumai departe de element pentru o coaceremai lent.

  • Trebuie s aezai majoritatea alimentelor pegrtarul tvii pentru grtar pentru a permitecirculaia maxim a aerului i pentru a ridicaalimentul din grsimi i sucurile proprii. Dacpreferai, putei s aezai petele, ficatul i rinichii direct n tava pentru grtar.

    Pentru a reduce la minimum stropirea cugrsimi, alimentele trebuie uscate foarte binenainte de a le pune pe grtar. Carnea macri petele se ung cu puin ulei sau unt topitpentru a le pstra umede n timpul coacerii.

    Garniturile, cum ar fi roiile i ciupercile, pot fiaezate sub grtar, cnd facei carne lagrtar.

    Poziia cea mai de sus o vei folosi la prjireapinii.

    Alimentele trebuie ntoarse pe durata gtirii,dup caz.

    5.7 Indicator grtarIndicatorul grtar se aprinde la selectarea funciei de gtire la grtar (consultai seciunea "Descrierea produsului"). Acesta se stinge cnd cuptorul ajunge la temperatura setat. Se va aprindei se va stinge ciclic pentru a indica faptul ctemperatura este meninut.

    6. FUNCIILE CEASULUI6.1 CronometruSe utilizeaz pentru a seta o numrtoare invers pentru o funcie a cuptorului.

    Aceast funcie nu are nici o influenasupra funcionrii cuptorului.

    1. Rotii la maxim butonul cronometrului, dupcare l rotii la intervalul de timp necesar.

    2. Dup ce se scurge ntreaga perioad detimp, este emis un semnal sonor.

    8. FUNCII SUPLIMENTARE8.1 Suflant cu aer receCnd aparatul funcioneaz, suflanta cu aer recepornete automat pentru a menine reci suprafe

    ele aparatului. Dac oprii aparatul, suflanta cuaer rece continu s funcioneze pn cnd temperatura din aparat scade i aparatul se rcete.

    9. SFATURI UTILE Aparatul are patru niveluri pentru rafturi.

    Numrai nivelurile rafturilor din partea de josa podelei aparatului.

    Aparatul are un sistem special care produce ocirculaie natural a aerului i o reciclare constant a aburului. Cu acest sistem putei gtintr-un mediu cu aburi i putei pstra preparatele moi n interior i crocante la exterior. Reduce la minimum durata de gtire i consumulde energie.

    Umezeala poate produce condens n aparatsau pe panourile de sticl ale uii. Acest lucrueste normal. Utilizatorul trebuie s se ndeprteze ntotdeauna de aparat atunci cnddeschide ua aparatului pe durata gtirii. Pentru a reduce condensul, lsai aparatul sfuncioneze timp de 10 minute nainte de gtire.

    Curai umezeala rmas dup fiecare utilizare a aparatului.

    Nu punei obiecte direct pe podeaua aparatului i nu punei folie din aluminiu pe componente atunci cnd gtii. n caz contrar esteposibil modificarea rezultatelor obinute i sepoate cauza deteriorarea stratului de email.

    9.1 Coacerea prjiturilor Nu deschidei ua cuptorului nainte ca 3/4 din

    durata de coacere s fi trecut. Dac utilizai dou tvi de coacere n acelai

    timp, lsai un nivel liber ntre ele.

  • 9.2 Gtirea crnii i a petelui Utilizai o crati adnc pentru alimentele

    foarte grase pentru a evita ptarea permanent a cuptorului.

    Lsai carnea aproximativ 15 minute naintede a o tia, astfel nct sucul s nu se prelingafar.

    Pentru a mpiedica formarea de prea mult fumn cuptor pe durata frigerii, se recomandadugarea de puin ap n cratia adnc.Pentru a preveni condensarea fumului,

    adugai ap de fiecare dat dup ce se evapor.

    9.3 Durate de gtitDuratele de gtit depind de tipul de alimente, deconsistena i volumul lor.La nceput, monitorizai performana cnd gtii.Gsii cele mai bune setri (setarea cldurii, durata de gtit, etc.) pentru vasele, reetele i cantitile dvs. cnd utilizai acest aparat.

  • 10. NGRIJIREA I CURAREAAVERTIZAREConsultai capitolele privind Sigurana.

    Curai partea din fa a cuptorului cu o crpmoale, ap cald i agent de curare.

    Utilizai un agent de curare obinuit pentru acura suprafeele metalice.

    Curai interiorul cuptorului dup fiecare utilizare. Acumularea de grsimi sau de orice alteresturi alimentare poate provoca un incendiu.Riscul este mai mare pentru tava pentrugrtar.

    Curai murdria rezistent cu produs specialde curat cuptorul.

    Curai toate accesoriile cuptorului dup fiecare utilizare i uscai-le. Folosii o lavetmoale cu ap cald i un agent de curare.

    Dac avei accesorii anti-aderente, nu lecurai utiliznd ageni agresivi, obiecte cumargini ascuite sau n maina de splat vase.Stratul anti-aderent poate fi distrus.

    Pentru modelele din inox sau aluminiu:Curai ua cuptorului numai cu un burete ud. Uscai-o cu o lavet moale.A nu se folosi burei din srm, acizisau produse abrazive, deoarece acestea pot deteriora suprafaa cuptorului.Curai panoul de comand al cuptorului cu aceeai precauie.

    10.1 Curarea garniturii uii Verificai la intervale regulate garnitura uii.

    Garnitura uii se afl n jurul cadrului cavitiicuptorului. Nu utilizai aparatul dac garniturauii este deteriorat. Contactai centrul de service.

    Pentru a cura garnitura uii consultai informaiile generale despre curenie.

    10.2 Curarea uii cuptoruluiPutei scoate ua cuptorului pentru a o cura.

    Curai ua cuptorului cu ap i spun. Uscai-obine.Dup finalizarea procesului de curare, instalai-o la loc. Pentru a instala ua cuptorului, efectuaipaii de mai sus n ordinea invers.

    10.3 Bec cuptorAVERTIZAREAvei grij cnd schimbai becul cuptorului. Exist pericol de electrocutare.

    nainte de a schimba becul cuptorului: Dezactivai cuptorul. Decuplai siguranele din tablou sau dezacti

    vai ntreruptorul.

    Punei o crp pe fundul cuptorului pentru a preveni deteriorarea becului cuptorului i a capacului de sticl.

    1. Rotii capacul de sticl la stnga i scoatei-l.

    2. Curai capacul de sticl.3. nlocuii becul cuptorului cu altul cores

    punztor, rezistent la o temperatur de 300C.Utilizai acelai tip de bec de cuptor.

    Nu lsai vasele cu mncaren cuptor mai mult de 15 - 20de minute dup terminareagtitului.

    Flacra se stinge imediatdup aprindere.

    Termocuplul nu se nclzetesuficient.

    Dup aprinderea flcrii, ineiapsat butonul de comand agazului timp de aproximativ15 secunde.

    Dac nu putei gsi singur o soluie la problem,contactai dealerul sau centrul de service.

    Datele necesare centrului de service se gsescpe plcua cu date tehnice. Aceasta este amplasat pe cadrul frontal din interiorul aparatului.

    13. INSTALAREAAVERTIZAREConsultai capitolele privind Sigurana.

    13.1 Sigurana la instalareAceste instruciuni de instalare se adreseazdoar persoanelor autorizate!

    AVERTIZAREInstalarea, conectarea i ntreinereaaparatului se va face doar de ctre persoanele autorizate (gaz i electricitate).Dac nu apelai la o persoan autorizat, garania devine nul n cazul ncare exist defeciuni. Respectai procedura adecvat i instruciunile din acestmanual pentru instalarea, operarea intreinerea aparatelor pe gaz i electrice.

    AVERTIZAREnainte de instalare asigurai-v daccondiiile locale de alimentare cu gaz (tipul i presiunea gazului) i reglajeleaparatului sunt compatibile.

    AVERTIZARECondiiile de reglare pentru acest aparatsunt precizate pe etichet sau pe plcua cu date tehnice.

    AVERTIZAREProductorul nu este responsabil pentrudaunele cauzate de o instalare care nurespect instruciunile din manual.

    Mediul de instalare: Acest aparat nu este conectat la un dispozitiv

    de evacuare a produselor de combustie a gazelor arse.

    Utilizarea unei plite cu gaz are ca rezultat producerea de cldur i de umiditate n ncperea ncare este instalat. Utilizarea ndelungat a aparatului poate necesita aerisirea suplimentar, de exemplu deschiderea uneiferestre sau o ventilaie mai eficient, de exemplu prin mrirea puterii ventilaiei mecanice, dacexist.

    13.2 Racordul la gazRacordul de alimentare cu gaz se afl n parteadin spate a panoului de comand.

    AVERTIZARENu folosii flacr pentru a verifica dacexist pierderi!

    3. mpingei complet cuptorul n mobilierul ncorporat. Respectai instruciunile din "ncorporarea aparatului"

    4. Etaneizai corect racordul. Folosii un aparat de detectare a scurgerilor de gaz pentruverificare.

    AVERTIZARENu presai rampa de alimentare cu gazi eava atunci cnd mpingei cuptoruln mobilierul ncorporat.

    13.3 Adaptarea la diferite tipuri degaz

    AVERTIZAREAdaptarea la diferite tipuri de gaz trebuie efectuat exclusiv de ctre personal autorizat.

    Acest aparat este proiectat pentru utilizare cu gaz natural (de la reea).Dac sunt montate injectoarele corespunztoare, aparatul poate fi utilizat icu un alt tip de gaz.Debitul de gaz se va regla corespunztor.

    3. Scoatei cu grij arztorul cuptorului cu gazdin suportul injectorului (D).Deplasai-l ncet spre stnga. Asigurai-vc buca arztorului rmne pe mutiucularztorului. Nu apsai cablul de conectarea generatorului de scntei ( FE) i conductorului termocuplului ().

    4. Deurubai injectorul pentru arztorul degaz (D) cu o cheie tubular de 7 mm iscoatei-l. nlocuii-l cu cel corespunztor(consultai tabelul "Date arztor cuptor cugaz").

    5. Asamblai arztorul cuptorului cu gaz n ordine invers.

    6. nlocuii eticheta cu tipul de gaz, aflatlng racordul de alimentare cu gaz, cu ceacorespunztoare noului tip de gaz (furnizat mpreun cu trusa de injectoare).

    AVERTIZARENu este necesar reglarea prealabil adebitului de aer la arztorul cuptorului.

    Reglarea nivelului minim al arztorului cuptoruluicu gaz:1. Scoatei techerul din priz.2. Rotii butonul de comand n poziia de mi

    nim i scoatei-l.3. Ajustai urubul de reglare (G) cu ajutorul

    6. Aprindei arztorul cuptorului cu gaz (consultai "Gtitul n cuptorul cu gaz: aprindereaarztorului cuptorului cu gaz").

    7. Reglai butonul de comand a cuptorului cugaz pe 240 i lsai cuptorul s senclzeasc minimum 10 minute.

    8. Rotii butonul de comand a cuptorului cugaz de pe poziia 240 la minim.

    Verificai flacra. Dac flacra se stinge, repetaiprocedurile descrise la punctele 1 - 8. La nivelulcoroanei arztorului, flacra trebuie s fie mic iconstant.Productorul nu este responsabil dac nu respectai aceste msuri de siguran.

    13.4 ncorporarea aparatuluiCondiii pentru ncorporare: Instalai aparatul doar ntr-o buctrie sau ntr-

    o buctrie-sufragerie.

    Nu instalai aparatul ntr-o baie sau ntr-undormitor.

    Putei instala aparatul "ncorporat" sau "ncastrat sub":

    Imaginile corespunztoare v prezint dimensiunile necesare pentru cuptor i mobilier (nmilimetri).

  • Dimensiunile pentru mobilierul ncorporabiltrebuie s fie conforme cu imaginile corespunztoare.

    Trebuie s existe o distan minim de 4 mmntre suprafaa de sus a aparatului i suprafaa de sus a interiorului mobilierului.

    Cnd instalai aparatul "ncastrat sub" (sub ohot), instalai hota nainte de a instala cuptorul.

    Materialele trebuie s reziste la o cretere detemperatur de cel puin 60 C peste temperatura ambiant.

    Trebuie s existe o alimentare cu aer continun jurul cuptorului pentru a preveni nclzireaprea tare a cuptorului.

    Pentru funcionarea corect, mobilierul cuptorului trebuie s aib o deschidere minim de130 cm n fa sau pe laterale ( o deschidereminim de 65 cm pe fiecare latur). Productorul recomand o deschidere de 130cm n fa pentru un cabinet din crmid i odeschidere de 65 cm pe fiecare latur pentruun mobilier din lemn.

    Cnd instalai o hot deasupra cuptorului, realizai circuite electrice diferite pentru hot icuptor.Conectarea se va face doar cu cabluri adecvate puterii furnizate.

    Dup instalare, asigurai-v c un tehnician are acces facil la cuptor n cazul ncare este nevoie de reparare sau delucrri de ntreinere.

    13.5 Conectarea la alimentareaelectric

    AVERTIZAREConectarea electric trebuie efectuatnumai de ctre o persoan calificat.

    Productorul nu este responsabil dacnu respectai msurile de siguran descrise n capitolul Informaii privind sigurana.

    Acest aparat nu este livrat cu techer i cablu dealimentare electric.

    13.6 CabluTipurile de cabluri adecvate pentru instalare saunlocuire: H07 RN-F, H05 RN-F, H05 RRF, H05VV-F, H05 V2V2-F (T90), H05 BB-F.Pentru seciunea cablului consultai puterea total consumat (de pe plcua cu date tehnice) itabelul:
