A 30/60/90 day plan is a great way to get your Authorized Dealership started the right way. The first three months may be the most critical time in building your business. It is a make it or break it moment – which is why it is crucial to come up with a strategic plan.
Your first 30 days should be focused on getting to know the product, experimenting with some marketing, and training staff. In the next 30 days you should plan to ramp up your efforts, get a little more aggressive in your marketing and sales goals, and establish a solid foundation.
