* The Archdiocese has asked for all Masses to be
suspended at this time. Since March 16, all Masses have
been celebrated PRIVATELY by our Priest, and will
continue to. Mass Intentions will be said at all Masses. *
“… the one who believes in me will do the works that I do,
and in fact will do greater ones than these…” John 14:12
Stewardship is a faith response. The good works we perform are
the result of our faith, not the cause of our faith. Stewardship
flows from a genuine faith conversion.
Have you remembered St. Joseph in your will?

To Our Mothers…….
To those who gave birth this year to their first child—we celebrate with you. To those who lost a child this year – we mourn with you. To those who are in the trenches with little ones every day and wear the badge of food stains – we appreciate you. To those who experienced loss through miscarriage —we mourn with you. To those who walk the hard path of infertility, fraught disappointment – we walk with you. To those who are foster moms, mentor moms, and spiritual moms – we need you. To those who have warm and close relationships with your children – we celebrate with you.
To those who have disappointment, heart ache, and distance with your children – we sit with you. To those who lost their mothers this year – we grieve with you. To those who lived through driving tests, medical tests, and the overall testing of motherhood – we are better for
having you in our midst. To those who have aborted children - we remember them and you on this day. To those who are single and long to be married and mothering your own children - we mourn that life has not turned
out the way you longed for it to be. To those who step-parent - we walk with you on these complex paths. To those who will have emptier nests in the upcoming year – we grieve and rejoice with you.

Fifth Sunday of Easter
St. Joseph Parish Council
The Parish Pastoral Council’s purpose is to collaborate with the Pastor in over-seeing the fulfillment of the mission of the parish. This includes establishing policies that guides the administration and ministries of the parish; funding the support of each ministry; and pastoral priorities. Meetings are usually once a month. We follow by-laws for our council’s membership and work. We review reports from all ministries and administration. We examine the Financial Budget from the Parish Finance Council and prioritize support for the ministry and administration of the parish. We measure our progress in relationship to our Strategic Plan. We give reports to the parishioners via the bulletin. It is the expectation of the Archbishop that the Parish Pastoral Council send a rep-resentative to the Archdiocesan Pastoral Council to participate in the work of that Council to the Archbishop. The Archbishop expects consultation and support by the Parish Pastoral Council for annual budget proposal; major expenditures and projects; or other significant parish decisions.
Nomination Form
We are currently taking nominations for Parish Council. A one year term will begin in September, with the option of another two year term in September of 2021. Self nominations will also be accepted. To nominate someone, please fill out this form and drop it in the collection basket at Mass or return it to the Parish Office.
