32 Solomon, King of Wisdom

Solomon, the son of David, became a king. God appeared

in Solomon’s dream. “Solomon, what shall I give you?”

“God, give me wisdom so that I can rule over these people

well.” God was happy and He gave wisdom to Solomon.

One day, two women came to Solomon. The two women

fought over a baby each claiming that he was her son.

King Solomon ordered, “Divide that child into two,

and give one half to one and half to other.” Then one

woman replied, “Yes, divide him!” But the other woman

said crying,

“Please don’t kill the baby, rather give him to that woman.”

After listening to two women, King Solomon said,

“The one who said to not kill the baby is the real mother!”

Like this, King Solomon was able to cleverly rule over

the people of Israel with the wisdom that God gave him.

Namwoo promise with his mom was very good for me.

“Then how about making a promise with God who is stronger and

more powerful than my mom?”

Namwoo decided to make one promise with God.

“Oh! I only prayed when I ate. I should talk to God before I sleep

as well. God, I’ll pray to you once more before I sleep.”

Today, God and Namwoo made a promise.
