3Fluid Supply

There are two main fluid supply methods commonly used with spray adhesives.

Pumps and Pump PackagesSupply pumps use air pressure to move a piston, which exerts force on a liquid. This force creates fluid pressure and pushes the fluid out of the outlet of the pump.

Spray packages combine a spray gun and pump/pressure pot with a hose to provide a complete solution for moving the material from the container to the substrate.

Graco's Triton air-operated diaphragm spray package applies a high quality, decorative fi nish to wood and metal parts.

• Supplies up to 35% extra air fl ow to gun for superior atomization

• Saves material and time during fl ushing, priming and color changes

• Delivers a consistent spray pattern and uniform fi lm thickness

• Reduces operator fatigue

• Sprays a wide variety of material viscosities

Pressure PotA pressure pot works by placing the fluid into the vessel and pressuring it with air. The pressure created within the tank causes the fluid to flow out of the tank.

Graco's lightweight, aluminum, pressure tanks are portability and feature a pressure relief valve, convenient fl uid outlet location and quick lock clamps.
