(1) Volume 1. Page G-2.
a) Paragraph G.4 a., lines 2 and 3, delete "SECTION:ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS ... CLAUSES." and substitute
"SECTION 01311: NETWORK ANALYSIS SYSTEM."
b) Following paragraph G.4 f., add:
"G.5 PROGRESS PAYMENTS. Progress payments, to finance those items identifiedon Pricing Schedule, will be made in accordance with the provisions of theprogress payment clause. Payments for these items will be capped at:
a) 80% of Government Estimate for items identified for progress payments,b) 80% (per payment clause) of the items identified for progress
payments,
whichever is less, until the TDF passes the trial burn, the operating permit isissued and the facility has been is successful operation for 30 days. 2. This amendment is a part of the proposal papers and its receipt shall beacknowledged in the Best and Final Offer. All other conditions and requirementsof the specifications remain unchanged.
