ABOUT MEMPHIS

Memphis, Tennessee is in the southwest corner of the state, bordered by Arkansas and Mississippi. The MSA of Memphis consists of nine counties – Shelby, Tipton, Fayette in Tennessee, DeSoto, Tate, Tunica, Marshall and Benton in Mississippi and Crittenden in Arkansas – and a population of 1,330,677.

The total trade area consists of approximately 41.4 million square feet and the occupancy level is estimated to be 89%.
