Is this a containerized solution? No, this is a modular data center to fit within an existing shell building

that is developed and operated by a 365 Main, making this a partnership approach with the client.

Why modular instead of a traditional stick-built data center? Modular data centers provide faster time-to-operation than building a

conventional IT facility with virtually unlimited location flexibility The capital cost of building a conventional datacenter can be prohibitive

for many companies. Modular data centers generally more cost effective than traditional stick-built data centers since they are manufactured in a controlled environment by craftsman intimately familiar with the product.
