Living your dream creative life is less about the supplies - that you have or don’t have - and more about the intent.

If it is your intent to live a creative family life, all you really need is a single creative tool to get started. And the humble crayon can be just the thing.

Grab a crayon, get a sheet of paper, and make some marks. Bam! Just like that, you’re being creative!

The amount of time you spend creatively isn’t so important as the fact that you actually choose spend time creating.

To find time for creativity in your schedule, start by looking for short chunks of time. If you have a choice between being creative for ten minutes, or not being creative at all, choose the ten minutes!

Once you’ve discovered those ten minutes and started to fill them with creativity, it will be easier to build from there.

You Need A lot of Time“Life’s so busy, I can’t seem to find a spare hour in our schedule.”

While a dedicated creative space is lovely, it is also a luxury and by no means a requirement for creativity.

One of the most tried-and-true spaces for creative making is the dining table - the heart of the house - it seems fitting that it also supports something so central to life as creativity!

When it comes to space the key to success lies in keeping your tools well-organized. Store supplies in a bin, case or rolling cart., so you can easily bring them along.

You Need A lot of Space“Our house is so full, there’s no room for a dedicated creative space.”

Myth #3

: : Truth : :

: : Try A Project : :These travel-ready projects are perfect for any space.
