Attach elastic band

Get started

Prepare plastic sheets

Test elastic band

Measure elastic band

• CUT elastic13 - 14 inches in length

2 Tie Overhand Loops on each end

• CREATE LOOP A at the end of elastic

• FEED LOOP B through back of LOOP A

• HOLD end of LOOP A and PULL ON LOOP B to tighten

3 Check length

• MEASURE 9”-10” from each loop

• MEASURE, MARK & CUT three 3” strips
