7. Protective Equipment
❖ The Organizers will provide Chest Guard and Head Gear only. Yet The player will also bring their own Head Guard and Chest Guard with them. They should wear their own WTF & TFI approved Dobok, Groin Guard, Forearm Guard, Shin Guards & Mouth Guard compulsorily.

8. Appointment Of Technical Officials
The required number of Officials will be appointed by RTA/TFI. These Officials will be provided Boarding and Lodging during the Championships.
9. Conditions Of Participation :
a) The Individual Entry Form should be duly filled and compulsorily signed by the Parent / Guardian, Participant & President / Secretary of the Association/Club. The Consolidated Entry Form should be duly filled completely with Office seal and signature of President / Secretary of the Association/Club. Incomplete Entry Forms will not be accepted.
b) After Accreditation and Registration of Teams, Satisfactory accommodation will be provided from 24th May evening to 27th May 2017 noon.
c) Weigh-In – It will be done at the registration time and at the provided venue. Absentees will be disqualified. Original Birth Certificate, Government Hospital Age Certificate, TFI ID Card & Accreditation Card should be produced at the time of Weigh – in. Note – Registration and Weigh – In for Jaipur and Rajasthan Players will be done on 23-05-2017 between 10.30 A.M. to 4 P.M in Rainbow Public School, Khatipura Road, Jhotwara, Jaipur.
d) Drawing Of Lots:- Team Officials should be present for Drawing of Lots. Absentees will be substituted by T.F.I. Officials.
e) A Security Deposit of Rs. 2,000.00 should be remitted by each Team at the Time of Registration which will be refunded during departure after clearing the cost of any loss or damage of Stadium / Accommodation Property, if any.
10. Awards: Ist Place : Gold Medal IInd Place : Silver Medal IIIrd Place : Two Bronze Medals TEAM WINNERS WILL BE DECIDED BY THE FOLLOWING PATTERN (A) Each eligible Contestant will Score 01 Point (B) Contestant will get 01 Point for every winning match (Including a bye) (C) Gold Medal will be Awarded : 07 Points (D) Silver Medal will be Awarded : 03 Points (E) Each Bronze Medal will be Awarded : 01Point Each
11. Indemnities: It shall be responsibility of the respective Associations/Club to ensure that their contestants have validly completed the participation forms and have them signed by the Parents / Guardian and contestants indemnifying the Organizers, the Officials and other Contestants from any claims of injuries, losses, fatal of otherwise arising

in the course of participation in this Championship or any activities thereto.
12. Medical Control : (A) Use of Drugs or Doping by any Chemical substances prescribed in the WTF Regulations for Doping Control is strongly Prohibited.
(B) The TFI will carry out Medical Doping Test among the Winners at Random Sampling and any Winner who refuses to undergo the testing or who proves to have committed a Breach of this Regulation shall be removed from the Final Standings, and a disciplinary action will be taken.
13. Protest If Any In case, there is Objection towards a Judgment, the concerned Coach / Manager must submit the Protest Application Form together with Prescribed Fee of Rs. 1000 (Non-Refundable) to the Board of Arbitration within ten minutes after the pertinent contest. Deliberation will be done as per WTF Rules.
