Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan

Bagian Kesatu: Agama

Pasal 42

1) Setiap anak mendapat perlindungan untuk beribadah untuk beribadah menurut agamanya.

2) Sebelum anak dapat menentukan pilihannya, agama yang dipeluk anak mengikuti agama

orang tuanya.

Chapter IX

Protection of Children

Part One: Religion

Article 42

1) Every child shall receive protection so that he/she may practice his/her religion.

2) Until such time as a child may make his/her own decision, his/her religion shall be that of

his/her parents.

1) Negara, pemerintah, masyarakat, keluarga, orang tua, wali, dan lembaga sosial menjamin

perlindungan anak dalam memeluk agamanya.

2) Perlindungan anak dalam memeluk agamanya sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ayat (1) meliputi

pembinaan, pembibingan, dan pengamalan ajaran agama bagi anak.

Article 43

1) The State, community, family, parents, guardians and social institutions shall be required to

ensure the protection of the childs right to practice his/her religion.

2) The protection of a childs right to practice his/her religion as referred to in Section (1) above

shall include the right to receive guidance and instruction in his/her religion.

Bagian Kedua - Kesehatan

Pasal 44

1) Pemerintah wajib menyediakan fasilitas dan menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan yang

komprehensif bagi anak, agar setiap anak memperoleh derajat kesehatan yang optimal sejak

dalam kandungan.

2) Penyediaan fasilitas dan penyelenggaraan upaya kesehatan secara komprehensif sebagaimana

dimaksud dalam ayat (1) didukung oleh peran serta masyarakat.

Part Two Health

Article 44

1) The government shall be required to provide facilities and make efforts to ensure comprehensive

healthcare for children so that every child shall obtain optimum healthcare from conception.

2) The provision of comprehensive healthcare facilities as referred to in Section (1) above shall be

supported by the partisipatory role of the community.

3) Upaya kesehatan yang komprehensif sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ayat (1) meliputi upaya

promotif, preventif, kuratif, dan rehabilitatif, baik untuk pelayanan kesehatan dasar maupun

rujukan.

4) Upaya kesehatan yang komprehensif sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ayat (1) diselenggarakan

secara Cuma-Cuma bagi keluarga yang tidak mampu.

5) Pelaksanaan ketentuan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ayat (1), ayat (2), ayat (3), dan ayat (4)

disesuaikan dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

3) The provision of comprehensive healthcare facilities as referred to in Section (1) above shall

include promotional, preventative, curative, and rehabilitative efforts both as regards basic and

referral healthcare services.

4) The provision of comprehensive healthcare facilities as referred to in Section (1) above shall be

provided free of charge for families of limited means.

5) The implementation of Sections (1), (2), (3) and (4) above shall be subject to the provision of the

laws and regulations in effect.

Pasal 45

1) Orang tua dan keluarga bertanggungjawab menjaga kesehatan anak dan merawat anak sejak

dalam kandungan.

2) Dalam hal orang tua dan keluarga yang tidak mampu melaksanakan tanggung jawab

sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ayat (1) maka pemerintah wajib memenuhinya.

3) Kewajiban sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ayat (2), pelaksanaannya dilakukan sesuai denga

ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Article 45

1) Childs parents and family shall be responsible for maintaining the health of the child from the

womb.

2) Should the childs parents and family be incapable of fulfilling their responsibilities as referred

to in Section (1) above, then the government shall be fully responsible.

3) The responsibility of the government referred to in Section (2) above shall be subject to the

provisions of the laws and regulations in effect.

Negara, pemerintah, keluarga, dan orang tua wajib mengusahakan agar anak yang lahir

terhindar dari penyakit yang mengancam kelangsungan hidup dan/atau menimbulkan kecacatan.

Article 46

The state, the government, the family, and the parents shall be responsible for ensuring that a

child is born free of life threatening or incapacitating diseases.

Pasal 47

1) Negara, pemerintah, keluarga, dan orang tua wajib melindungi anak dari upaya transplantasi

organ tubuhnya untuk pihak lain.

2) Negara, pemerintah, keluarga, dan orang tua wajib melindungi anak dari perbuatan:1) Pengambilan organ tubuh anak dan/atau jaringan tubuh anak tanpa memperhatikan kesehatan anak;

2) Jual beli organ dan/atau jaringan tubuh anak; dan

3) Penelitian kesehatan yang menggunakan anak sebagai objek penelitian tanpa seizin orang tua dan tidak

mengutamakan kepentingan yang terbaik bagi anak.

Article 47

1) The state, the government, the family, and the parents shall be responsible for protecting a child

against transplantation of the childs organs undertaken in the interests of a third party.

2) The state, the government, the family and the parents shall be responsible for protecting a child

against the following:1) The removal of the childs body organs and/or body tissue against the health of the child;

2) The trading in the organs and/or body tissue of a child; and

3) Medical research using children as the subjects of the research without the permission of the parents and the

prioritizing of the best interests of the child.

Chapter Nine - Traffic

Article 1 Laws and Regulations9.0101 The City of Medora hereby adopts all laws and regulations regarding driving, motor vehicles, and traffic

offenses of the State of North Dakota and any amendments that may be made to those laws and regulation in the

future. The City shall have jurisdiction only over those laws and regulations where the maximum penalty imposed is

a fine of $500.00 or less and a jail sentence of 30 days or less. The City may, at any time in the future, decline to

adopt any amendment or new law passed by the State of North Dakota by a specific Ordinance stating such decision

to decline. Words and phrases used in this chapter shall have meanings as defined and provided by the laws and

regulations of the State of North Dakota and all subsequent amendments thereto shall be and are hereby

incorporated by reference to this section.

Bab Sembilan Lalu Lintas

Pasal 1 UU dan Peraturan9.0101 Kota Medora dengan ini memberlakukan semua UU dan peraturan yang berkaitan dengan kendaraan

bermotor dan pelanggaran lalu lintas negara bagian North Dakota dan semua amandemen yang mungkin dibuat

atas UU dan peraturan tersebut di masa mendatang. Kota memiliki yurisdiksi hanya atas UU dan peraturan di

mana hukuman maksimum yang dijatuhkan tidak lebih dari $500 atau kurang dan hukuman penjara 30 hari atau

kurang. Kota, boleh, pada suatu saat nanti, menolak mengadopsi amandemen atau UU baru yang disahkan oleh

Negara Bagian North Dakota dengan peraturan khusus yang menyatakan keputusan penolakan itu. Kata-kata dan

Article 2 Traffic Administration

9.0201 Duty of Police Department. It shall be the duty of the police department to

enforce the street traffic regulations of this City and all of the state vehicle laws, to

make arrests for traffic violations, to investigate accidents and to cooperate with the

City Engineer and other officers of the City in the administration of the traffic laws and

in developing ways and means to improve traffic conditions, and to carry out the traffic

ordinances of the City of Medora.

Pasal 2 Penatalaksanaan Lalu Lintas

9.0201 Tugas Kepolisian. Adalah menjadi tugas kepolisian untuk menegakkan

peraturan lalu lintas di jalan kota ini, dan semua UU kendaraan negara bagian,

melakukan penangkapan karena pelanggaran lalu lintas, melakukan investigasi

kecelakaan, dan bekerja sama dengan insinyur dan petugas kota yang lain dalam

penatalaksanaan UU lalu lintas dan dalam cara-cara dan sarana pengembangan untuk

meningkatkan kondisi lalu lintas, dan melaksanakan peraturan daerah Kota Medora.

Article 3 Traffic Control Devices

9.0301 Authority to Install Traffic Control Devices.

The City Engineer or any person authorized by the governing body shall place and

maintain traffic control signs, signals, and devices when and as required under the

traffic ordinances of this City to make effective the provisions of said ordinances, and

may place and maintain such additional traffic control devices as deemed necessary to

regulate traffic under the traffic ordinances of this City or under state law, or to guide

or warn traffic.

Pasal 3 Peranti Kendali Lalu Lintas

9.0301 Otoritas untuk memasang Peranti Pengendalian Lalu Lintas.

Insinyur/petugas teknis atau siapa pun yang diber kewenangan oleh badan pemerintah

hendaknya memasang dan memelihara rambu-rambu, sinyal, dan peranti ketika dan

sebagaimana dipersyaratkan dalam peraturan lalu lintas kota untuk mengefektifkan

ketentuan-ketentuan yang termaktub dalam peraturan daerah dan bisa menempatkan

atau mempertahankan alat pengendali lalu lintas tambahan bila dipandang perlu

untuk mengatur lalu lintas sesuai dengan peraturan lalu lintas kota ini atau sesuai

dengan UU negara bagian atau memandu atau memberikan peringatan lalu lintas.

Article 4 Criminal Traffic Violations

9.0401 Rules for Operation of Snowmobiles.

1. No person shall operate a snowmobile upon the roadway, shoulder, or inside bank

or slope of any road, trail, alley, street, or highway in this City except as provided

pursuabt to this section.

Except as herein specifically permitted and authorized, it is unlawful for any person

to operate a snowmobile within the limits of the City of Medora:

Pasal 4 Pelanggaran Pidana Lalu Lintas

9.0401 Aturan Pengoperasian Mobil (kendaan) Salju.

1. Siapapun dilarang menjalankan mobil salju di atas jalan raya, bahu jalan atau

tepian atau lereng jalan, jalan pintas, gang, jalan lingkungan ataupun jalan bebas

hambatan di kota ini kecuali sebagaimana ditetapkan dalam bagian ini.

Kecuali dengan khusus diizinkan dan sesuai dengan kewenangan pengoperasian

mobil salju di dalam batas-batas Kota Medora dinyatakan melanggar hukum:

a. On the portion of any right-of-way of any public highway, street, road, trail or alley used for motor

vehicles travel, except the most right hand lane (except in passing) which is used for vehicle traffic on

any public thoroughfare. Such use of the City streets, roads, and alley is permissible only:1) When traveling to and from operational areas outside the City limits;

2) When traveling to and from a job or job site;

3) When the emergency necessitates the use of a snowbile.

b. On a public sidewalk provided for pedestrian travel.

c. On boulevards within any public right-of-way.

d. On private property of another without specific permission of the owner or person in control of said

property.

e. On any other place except as may be specifically permitted by other provisions of the City ordinances.

a. Di atas bagian kanan jalan dari jalan raya, jalan lingkungan, jalan kecil, lorong atau gang yang

digunakan untuk perjalanan kendaraan bermotor, kecuali jalur yang paling kanan (kecuali untuk

melewati) yang digunakan untuk lalu lintas di jalan utama, penggunaan jalna-jalan lingkungan dan

lorong diizinkan hanya:1) Ketika melakukan perjalanan ke dan dari daerah operasi di luar batas kota;

2) Ketika melakukan perjalanan dari dan ke lokasi kerja;

3) Ketika keadaan darurat memaksa penggunaan mobil salju.

b. Di trotoar jalanan umum yang disediakan untuk pejalan kaki.

c. Di bulevar di jalananpublik yang disediakan untuk keperluan itu.

d. Di lahan pribadi milik orang lain tanpa izin khusus dari pemilik atau yang menguasai lahan tersebut.

e. Di semua tempat umum kecuali yang mungkin secara khusus diperbolehkan oleh ketentuan-

ketentuan lain dalam peraturan kota.
