DESCRIPTIONThe World InterUniversities Championships is an International multi-sport university Championshipsreserved to the "individual university varsity teams" and the purposes are to celebrating universitysport, promoting the principles of fair play, diversity and inclusion.
After the many successes of years past, we decided to move the event from Roma, Italy (EuroRoma 2015and 2016) to Barcelona, Spain, and give an opportunity to be part of this amazing sports experiencethat offers great opportunities of high level competition, friendship, sportsmanship, and, most of all,cultural exchanges.

ABOUT IUSCIUSC - InterUniversities Sport Committe is a non-profit entity composed by Professors and UniversitySport Coordinators from 7 different Countries.The mission of the IUSC is to unite all Sport Clubs, teams and own Sport Sectors of Universitiesworldwide, and to coordinate and amalgamate sports and cultural initiatives among all Universities.
IUSC provides a wonderful opportunity for students to be active and healthy and enhance their socialskills and networks. The core values are to promote the fun and fair environment needed to ensurestudents, professors, coaches, officials and administrators to enjoy sport and stay involved.

Dear University Sport Association,
We are proud to invite you to the “3rd World InterUniversities Championships – EuroBarcelona 2017” which is goingto be held from the 16th to the 19th of November 2017 in Barcelona, Spain.
The World InterUniversities Championships will be organize under the umbrella of IUSC – InterUniversities SportCommittee, to emphasize the importance and prestige of the event.
SPORTS: Football 11 (male), Futsal 5 (male and female), Basketball (male and female), Volleyball (male andfemale), Handball (male and female), Rugby 7 (male and female), Tennis (male + female), Tennis Table (male +female), Badminton (male + female), Swimming (male + female) and Cheerleading Dance contest.
INVITATIONAL
The Universities invited are coming from all over Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, North and South America,Australia, in a four days Championships with around 2.500 university students!

- from 9 am: arrival of participants and housing in Hostel and Hotel- from 10 am: 3rd World InterUniversities Championships – starting of matches- from 1 pm to 3 pm: lunch- from 11 pm: party
Friday 17/11

WIUC 2017 will be organize at the Mundet/Vall d’Hebron Sport Centers, a large area of 2 kmwhere there are all the sport centers, close each others and near to the metro stationMundet/Vall d’Hebron (15 minutes by metro from Placa Catalunia and the Ramblas), to live anunforgettable atmosphere all togheter!

1ST PLACE: TROPHY + MEDALS FOR ALL PLAYERS + CHEQUE of 500 euro to be used for the inscription to 4th WorldInterUniversities Championships (for football male, futsal male and female, basketball male and female,volleyball male and female, handball male and female, rugby 7’s male, swimming mix, cheerleading dance contest)
TROPHY + MEDALS FOR ALL PLAYERS + CHEQUE of 300 euro to be used for the inscription to 4th WorldInterUniversities Championships (for rugby 7’s female, for tennis mix, tennis table mix, badminton mix)

HOW TO APPLYThe application process requires the following steps:- Download the application form and complete it- Send it back to our email address: [email protected] You will receive an email confirming the acceptance of your application and the pro-forma receipt- Pay the 50% of the Inscription Fee by 1st October- Pay the remaining 50% of the Inscription Fee before 6th November
The payment has to be fulfilled before 6th November.ADS EUROSPORTEVENTS will not guarantee team registrations if they don’t complete the payment before theestablished date.
Cancellation Policy:100% refund: before October 1st
50% refund: before October 15th
