COURSE DESCRIPTION This is a one day live course where expert faculty will review and demonstrate basic and advanced gastrointestinal endoscopic techniques through the use of didactic lectures, video case presentations, and live endoscopic procedures. This course will provide learners with an update on new developments in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy in the management of a variety of gastrointestinal diseases. Attendees will learn about new and innovative techniques that they can incorporate into their clinical practice in order to optimize patient care and improve clinical outcomes.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVESAt the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
• Discuss evidence-based, best practices in the diagnosis and management of colorectal polyps.• Review the latest updates and controversies for recommendations pertaining to colorectal
cancer screening.• Discuss novel minimally-invasive techniques for resection of colorectal neoplasia.• Examine current and emerging endoscopic techniques for the diagnosis and management of
esophageal, pancreatic, and biliary disease.
