    Testing Procedure:

    Radial Run-out: All tests were performed using 8 continuous revolutions of the AI-TM-125R-AB stage with XY stage mounted on the rotary face. Rotational velocity was 1 deg/sec and the data collection was 10 Hz.

    Axial Run-out: All tests were performed using 8 continuous revolutions of the AI-TM-125R-AB stage with XY stage mounted on the rotary face. Rotational velocity was 90 deg/sec and the data collection was 500 Hz.

    The stage was mounted on a granite table in the fully assembled state and placed in the ALIO environmental test room. Prior to testing the stage was soaked in the test environment for 24+ hours and cycled for 2 hours to ensure thermal stability.
