2- Brian Clasgow of KPMG. The Financial Services Centre Kingstown Park, Kingstown,Saint Vincent, a licensed trustee. has consented to act as trustee under the proposal. acopy of the consent is attached as Appendix "A".

3. A list of the names of the known creditors with claims of $250.00 or more and theamounts of their claims is also attachsd.

4. Pursuant to section 54 of the Act, all proceedings against me are stayed as of the date offiling of this notice with the Supervisor of Insolvency.
