FEB2021 NEWSLETTER
In February we celebrate many events including Valentine’s Day—but February is also known as Healthy Heart Month.
DID YOU KNOW?
4-H ... To Make
the Best Better!
The heart pumps about 1 million barrels
of blood during an average lifetime.
Your heart beats about 100,000 times each day and about 35 million times a
year. In an average lifetime your heart will
beat more than 2.5 billion times.
Your body has about 6 quarts of blood.
These 6 quarts of blood circulate
through your body about every 3 minutes.
