“We are convinced that it is important notto concentrate only on one kind of sys-tem” - says Fiorenzo Castellini, owner ofthe Castellini Group, to which Tube Tec Tec T hMachinery belongs – “since we can

TS 4.20 2D is the abbreviation for the brand new system developed
by Tube Tech Machinery for the cutting and welding of sheet metal.
The system is totally automatic and can trim and weld sheet
metal using a special head which both cuts and welds.
This system has been designed and manufactured
by TTM together with Trumpf and Precitec, who
have supplied some of the parts.

Here is engineerCastelliniCastellini’s comment on this : “This wasthethe most difficult part of our work, not somuchmuch for its intricacy as for the novelty ofwhatwhat we had to guarantee. Thus, c c ee eemmaacc ee oo It was along job but we loved ry minute of it-as we always do, when faced with a newchallenge. We are also happy because,at the end, our client complimented us onour work.”
Finally it is our duty to say that, as all themachines at TTM, the TS 4.20 2D wasalso iiigg ee (Finite Elements Method) to ensure tech-nical perfection
