Ibadan. He died on Tuesday, 23 April, 2019. b. Pastor Dr. U.A. Obed (Pastor Dr. U. Egbugara), retired Senior Lecturer in the Department of

Teacher Education, University of Ibadan. He died on Sunday, 17 March, 2019.

a. A team from the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) paid a courtesy call on the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. A.I. Olayinka, FAS, on Tuesday, 02 April, 2019, in his office. The visit was part of activities for the maiden international workshop organized by ACU in collaboration with the University of Ibadan to develop Next Generation of Researchers (NGR) in Nigeria with the theme “Developing the Next Generation of Researchers”. k. A Delegation from the Central Bank of Nigeria, Abuja paid a courtesy call on the Vice-

Chancellor, Prof. A.I. Olayinka, FAS on Thursday, 09 May, 2019. The purpose of the visit was to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between University of Ibadan and the Central Bank on the completion, handing over and maintenance of Central Bank of Nigeria’s Centre of Excellence in the Faculty of the Social Sciences. All motorists are advised to drive with care. Always fasten your seat belts. Do not over speed. Observe all road signs and traffic rules as instructed and directed. Do not make or receive phone calls while driving. Motorcycle and bicycle riders should put on their crash helmets. Obey traffic signs and do not face on coming vehicles on dualised roads such as Oduduwa Road and Chapel Road except there is a formal diversion.
