CARE Single Limit Per Employee, Per Occurrence

All benefits are part of the Single Limit purchased by the Employer. After the deductible has been satisfied, covered Medical Expenses are paid at 100% of Usual & Customary; Weekly Indemnity is paid at 75% of base earnings to a maximum of $650 per week (after a 7 day elimination period); and any balance of the policy limit would be paid in the event of Accidental Death or Dismemberment or Loss of Use (according to the schedule).
