Step 1: Select a Service Delivery Point

Upon selecting Services top menu option

eIMS displays Service Type totals for the entire MA.

Select a service delivery point to view subset.

Service Types appear in CAPS.

Note on Service Delivery Point Historical data reported to IPPF was broadly categorized

by Channel of Distribution.

Regional database maintained by WHR imported into theeIMS all Association data by Channel of Distribution.

Associations have the option in the eIMS to report by SDPin detail by outlet or using broader classificationsreflecting Channels.

Currently SDP field in eIMS is defined to representconcept of broad channels.

Associations using eIMS for monthly tabulation ofservices may consider redefining SDP in eIMS by outlet toconform to local program reports.

columns by Units of Measure. Totals represent the

sum of Service Details for each Service Types.

Select Expand All Services tick box to view Service Details.

Use symbol to collapse and + symbol to expand Service Types.

Each Service Detail is a hyperlink to a data entry screen.
