Board Responsibilities• Time commitments:

• Lead positions: 3-5 hours/week• Chief positions: 6-8 hours/week

• Every position is expected to:• Attend weekly team meetings, bi-weekly committee meetings, and

semesterly retreats• Hold 1 weekly office hour (2 hours for Chief positions)• Participate in all events, trainings, and tabling• Other meetings as asked (semesterly check-ins with CEO and Advisor,

meetings with administration, etc.)

Lexi Seals

The event lead coordinates and facilitates large scale events throughout the Eccles School. The purpose of this role is to create intentional programming that is meant to support our diverse student body, and to create a safe space in which everyone feels welcome. These events include Party on the Plaza, Eccles Gala, Spring into Business, and Ballin’ with BLinc.

This position supports student leadership development to prepare current and aspiring student leaders for success by coordinating training opportunities that are grounded in equity and strategic leadership. This position serves 3-5 hours a week. Preference is given to students with a firm commitment to social justice and inclusion programming.

The Chief of Student Engagement serves as the main connection between BLinc. and the students, clubs, and organizations in the Eccles School. Day to day tasks include:

- Communicating with students, clubs, orgs to gather student voice and connect with opportunities and resources

- Coordinate committee meetings, budget, responsibilities, tabling efforts

- Manage BLinc office space, club closet, student leader work room

• Manage and delegate internal marketing for the BLinc. Board.

• Responsible for communicating BLinc.’s mission and implementing diversity and inclusion in our marketing practices.

• Facilitate communication between M+C, student organizations, and Eccles students.

• Provide marketing resources for all student organizations.

• Organizes the Marketing retreat.
