CART PLANS
Annual passes are valid for 365 days from date of purchase. Six month passes are valid for 183 days. Three month passes are valid for 92 days.
All five course passes include two range tokens (60 balls) for use before any rounds played.
Cart fees are not included in the price of the annual pass.
There are no special tee time privileges included with annual passes.
Family annual passes include member, spouse and any children residing in the same household that are between the ages 8-17.
Senior annual passes available for persons older than 55.
Junior annual passes available for persons 8-17 years old (BREC junior age rules and regulations apply).
Senior Couple pass-holders must both be 55 or older.
Refunds or extensions to the annual pass term due to special circumstances (relocation or medical conditions) must be approved by the Golf Director.
Tournament and special event fees not included with passes.
All six course annual passes include USGA/LGA handicap fees. Six month and three month passes do not include any handicap service.
All six course annual pass-holders are entitled to a 15% discount on food and beverage-excluding alcohol.
All six course annual pass-holders are entitled to a 15% discount on non-sale pro shop merchandise.
Annual pass card must be presented in pro shop for each round played.
Annual pass card must be presented for applicable discounts.
Annual pass is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable except under special circumstances approved by the Golf Director.

Initial application for a Corporate Plan must include three or more employees of the same business. Corporate identification is required for all individuals applying for a golf pass or cart plan under this program.
Corporate golf pass and/or corporate cart plan participants will be required to show BREC Pass ID whenever playing golf at any BREC golf facility. In the event that a Corporate Plan employee decides to surrender his/her golf pass and/or cart plan to another employee at that same corporation or business, a letter of plan resignation and the BREC passholder’s ID must be submitted to staff at the BREC Golf Department. Once the resigning planholder submits resignation documentation, a replacement employee will be eligible to receive their own corporate BREC Pass ID.
The 4-course pass excludes Beaver Creek and Santa Maria.
Cart plan includes cart privileges at all seven BREC golf courses.
The Individual Cart Plan is valid for seventy 18 hole cart rentals, and does not expire.
The Senior Annual Cart plan is valid for 365 days from date of purchase. Must be 60 years old to purchase.
There are no special tee time privileges included with cart plan.
All golfers must have a valid driver’s license to purchase a cart plan.
Refunds or extensions to the annual cart plan term due to special circumstances (relocation or medical conditions) must be approved by the Golf Director.
The golf cart operator is liable for any damages or injuries that occur while operating the golf cart.
The golf course manager or his/her designated representative may restrict or prohibit the use of golf carts when such use would be detrimental to the condition of the golf course.
Individual cart plan includes golf cart privileges for cart plan-holder only. Playing partners must pay normal cart rental fees to ride with a cart plan-holder.
The family or senior couple cart plan includes cart privileges for both adult plan-holders. Playing partners must pay normal cart rental fees to ride with a family or senior couple cart plan-holder.
BREC staff reserves the right to minimize golf cart usage on the course at any time. Two golfers playing together will only need one cart.
The BREC age restriction to operate a golf cart is 18 and older. Therefore, children under the family cart plan may not operate a golf cart. They may ride with their parents but only within the normal two persons per cart regulation.
All cart plan-holders must abide by the BREC golf cart policy and all BREC Golf rules and regulations.
All cart plans are non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable except under special circumstances approved by the Golf Director.
All cart plans infer no rights or privileges over daily fee golfers.All cart plans infer no rights over course operation or policy.
