    e are all constantly reminded that we dont get enough fruit or vegetables into our d for most of us, its true. There is sucient evidence that shows us that people canness, ght cancers, lose weight, have better skin and hair, and are generally healthey eat a large variety of fruit and vegetables every day.

    ur bodies need fresh foods. The human body doesnt deal well with the processed at saturates our superstores these days, and more and more people are beginninalize this. Unfortunately, though, with our busy lifestyles, it can be hard to ll our bth what they need.

    moothies and juices oer a surprisingly varied way of getting our ll. An 8-ounce glaoothie or juice can be a way of getting 4 or even 5 of our daily fruit or vegertions into our system. A smoothie is portable and you can drink it on the go, meaere are no excuses for missing breakfast again. Making smoothies and juices is a

    ay of using up fruit or vegetables that are beginning to go past their best. Some of tcipes can even be eaten as desserts.

    th a selection of creamy milkshakes, indulgent naughty but nice drinks, and even ozy blends, there is a blended drink here to suit everyone and every occasion.

    ntrifugal juice extractorsice extractors come in various qualities and styles, but the best you can get ofessional-standard centrifugal juicer. They make a ner juice and remove more pulpt the best out of the fruit or vegetables that you put through them. The cheaper comcers are great for people on a budget, but if you think youre going to be serious acing, I would suggest spending the money on a better quality one.
