5. Personal Counselling

CIMDR has constituted student mentoring system to mentor the students periodically and monitor their

performance and activities. Each class is assigned a class teacher/ facilitator, who performs the role of

mentor. Mentor personally interacts with every student on regular basis. Students discuss their academic and non- academic psycho – social problems with mentors.

Mentoring includes: Professional and personal guidance, (Psycho-social problems, academic difficulties,

personality development, usage of library etc.)
