Congratulations on your engagement, and thank you for your interest in our beautiful Resort as the
venue for your wedding. The whole experience should be a memorable and an exciting time, right from the
first stages of planning, through to the first day as Mr and Mrs - each moment should be stress-free and
enjoyable.
Bayview Geographe Resort Busselton is the perfect location for your dream wedding. Our dedicated team
provide a professional and reliable service, and are committed to assisting you with everything your heart
desires.
Hold your ceremony outdoors on the beach front, or on the lush manicured lawns a stones throw away from
the Indian Ocean that is ‘Geographe Bay’ as your backdrop, or even in amongst our ivy embraced peppy
trees. As the sun begins to set and the stars come out, let the music play and the reception begin in our
Grand Marquee. Enjoy the idyllic setting that will give you something to remember for years to come.
For those cooler months, why not hold your reception in The Hermitage Centre and Tuarts Bar. This is the
perfect location for an intimate cosy wedding, where you can relax, sit down in front of the fireplace and
enjoy your per-dinner drinks and canapés.
On the smaller scale weddings or for those of you who like the cocktail style wedding, we have our Spinna-
kers Restaurant and two adjacent function rooms. With its ability to have an indoor/outdoor option with bi-
fold doors that makes its way on to the decking with possible half open marquee makes this an ideal wed-
ding venue.

Surcharges
Packages are based on minimum of 80 adults in attendance
A surcharge of $2.50 per person applies to weddings with 60 - 79 adults in attendance
A surcharge of $5.00 per person applies to weddings with under 59 adults in attendance

Children
Children under two years of age are complimentary (no meals will be served)
Children aged between 3 - 12years will be charge at $25 per person. This is based on a choice from the re-
quested children's menu, with unlimited Soft Drink & Orange Juice. For Buffets, the children may help them-
selves. Children aged between 13 - 17 years will be charged as adults, with unlimited Soft Drink & Orange
Juice.
Ancillary Meals
If you feel that you must provide a meal to anyone attending your wedding for the entire duration that is
working to provide a service. Who would include photographers, videographers, DJ’s & Band Members. The
price is $35.00 per person and includes a main meal served with Soft drink.
Wedding Cake
If you wish for your Wedding Cake to be used as the Dessert please take $5.00 off from any of the kit prices.
The cake will be cut & individually plated for each guest & served with Double Cream.
Alternatively your Wedding Cake can be cut & plattered per table if you wish.

Continued Additional Information
Menu
Choice of meal on the night is at an additional - $10.00 per person.
Final numbers are due seven days prior to your wedding day when you pay your final balance.
Samples menu’s are available upon request.
Dietary Requirements
We are pleased to cater for special dietary requirements with prior notification, please speak to your Events
Coordinator as to which options we can cater for.
Grand Marquee Hire
Surcharges apply for Grand Marquee Weddings based on number of guest.
An additional - $50 per person with a min of 50 guests
An additional - $35 per person with a min of 80 guests
Max Capacity is 120 pax for Banquet & 200 pax for Cocktail. (not allowing room for staging, dance floor, brid-
al table & audio visual equipment)
Payment
A deposit of $2000.00 is required to secure the room for your Wedding, this will be later deducted from your
final account.
If your reception is cancelled the deposit is only refundable if cancellation is at least three months prior to
the confirmed wedding date.
Final payment is due seven working days prior to your wedding day. You are most welcome to pay in instal-
ments.
Accommodation
Bayview Geographe Resort will provide you with a special accommodation rate for you guests along with
details to place with your invitations. Rates & Complimentary Rooms are subject to availability and may not
be available during Public holidays and special event periods in the South West Region.
Our Accommodation ranges from hotel-style Guest Rooms, Standard Bungalows for a couples romantic get-
away, all the way to the Three Bed Garden Bungalows which are fully self-contained. Each Bungalow is posi-
tioned separate with well maintained gardens surrounding them.

Weddings at the Bayview Geographe Frequently Asked Questions
What does the menu tasting include?
Included is a two course meal for two with your choice of two mains and two desserts served with a compli-
mentary glass of wine chosen from the beverage package. Should you wish to bring additional guests, the
cost is $60.00 per person.
The best time for you to have your food tasting is within two months of your wedding.
Do you provide recommendations for suppliers?
Yes, we have a list of preferred suppliers with whom we have worked with in the past and are happy and
comfortable recommending them to you.
Will I have access to the room prior to my Wedding Day?
There is no guarantee that the room will be set up the day before your wedding. If it is set up you are most
welcome to come in and view it.
Who puts the place cards & bonbonnieres on the table?
We usually recommend for you to organise some one to place these whether a family member or friend.
However, if not your Events Coordinator is more than happy to help if provided with all the correct seating
arrangements.
Who prints the menus & seating plan for the easel?
Bayview Geographe Resort can print your menus & seating plan for you. They will be printed on neutral deco-
rative paper. For this you will need to provide a ready to print copy of your seating plan. Alternatively, we rec-
ommend for you to print the seating plan yourself to match your theme.
What time can I check into the our Bridal Accommodation?
3:00pm is check in time. Early check in can be requested, however there is no guarantee. We recommend for
you to organise to stay the night before and so you can get ready in the Resort.
