Front CoverFront CoverThe front cover makes
use of a female image to attract the required
audience.
The colours that have been used such as black,
gold and blue attract a unisex audience to create
more business.
Also, the positioning of the image attracts the
audience as her face is the first thing that is seen also by making that face brighter it is more visible.
The use of direct address and formal language also address the audience, the direct language such as
"you" address the audience directly. Also the use of buzz words can be seen such as
"win" and "free".
Making use of incentives also helps to attract the audience to the magazine as they are receiving something for free, I
have used these and offered a free CD.
Contents PageContents PageThree images have been
used her to attract a unisex audience, the
image are all of females and the most attractive
image has been made the biggest to be eye
catching.
The colours here have Ben kept simple using
mostly black and whit with gold used for the
headings, I have done this to make the contents
page easier to read.
The positioning of the images has been to not attract all of the attention
from the text and still make the page easy to read, these images also
fit with the mise-en-scence.
Props have been used when taking these images
to make them fit for the mise-en-scence such as
the use of a blue light and the use of a microphone.
Visually the entire page is attractive the being through the use of the sexualised images and the positioning of the text.
Contents PageContents PageThe images used on
this page are also sexualised and have
been done so to attract a certain audience.
The use of colours on this page attract the audience as it has
been kept relatively simple although the
use of a clouding effect in the background
makes the page more aesthetically pleasing.
The language used on this page is formal with
elements of informal language used
throughout, formal language has been
used as an audience would expect this of an
article.
The text on this page has been placed on its own as to make the text easier to rad
rather that layering it over an image and it not being easily
read.
A subject line has also been used here as this makes it easier for the
audience to understand which page
they are on and is easily accessible.
