Narrative:Unit 2, a Ford E-Series tour bus with 25 passengers , had stopped on the right shoulder to check his vehicle. The driver of Unit 2 had returned to the driver's seat when Unit 1, a Peterbilt flatbed carrying pipes, drifted onto the right shoulder and struck Unit 2. Unit 1 then struck Unit 3, a Penske rental truck with an auto trailer.

Unit 3 was being driven by Harry Homeowner a Califo rnia resident with a Basic class C license. He was movi ng his belongings to his new home. Driver of Unit 3 was ki lled and transported to the local morgue by the L.A. county coroner.

Narrative: continuedFive occupants and the driver of Unit 2 received incapacitating injuries and were transported by Col lins EMS Service to Mercy Hospital. The driver of Unit 2 had a commercial class “C” license with a “P” endorsement.

Unit 1 sustained damage to the front and the hood w as buckled, preventing it from opening, but the vehicl e was driveable. He was uninjured and had a class “A” lice nse with no endorsements or restrictions. Unit 1 was t owed by Bob’s Towing because the driver was prohibited f rom driving it from the scene. Units 2 & 3 were disabl ed and towed due to damage by RJ’s Towing.
