Water, dirt and oil MUST be removed from your compressed air systemAs your air compressor produces compressed air there is moisture, dirt and oil present in the air stream. Untreated compressed air is the unseen killer in all compressed air systems. Premature tool failure, product spoilage, failed instrumentation, damaged actuators and cylinders, are only part of the long list of casualties in the battle for increased productivity. Without proper treatment of your compressed air this vital source of work turns into a wet, gritty, acidic brew, silently destroying all that it comes into contact with.

Energy Efficiency-PA Series dryers can reduce energy costs and wear and tear up to 66% or more UA Series digital programmable energy saving refrigerated air dryers vs Competitive Non-Cycling refrigerated air dryers.
Typical non-cycling refrigerated air dryers operate at full power and remain on until they are manually switched off. Thus they are referred to as NON-CYCLING.They operate at full power when they are turned on and stay on even if no compressed air is flowing and your air compressor is turned off. It is common for users to leave the dryer on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week even when they are only operating one 8 to 10 hour shift. While the dryer is on during downtimes it unnecessarily consumes energy and causes wear and tear on the dryer.
PA Series energy saving programmable refrigerated air dryers featuring the PCT digital programmable timer.
PA series dryers are completely programmable to automatically turn ON andOFF as needed based on the end users hours of operation. Example: If the end user operates 1 shift per day 8 am to 5 pm, the dryer can be programmed to automatically turn on at 7:30 am and turn off at 5 pm Monday through Friday. For a system operating a 500 SCFM dryer the annual electrical costs savings would be $2658 plus the wear and tear on the dryer. Additionally the need to service the dryer is reduced.

PCT - DIGITAL PROGRAMMABLE CONTROL TIMERA series dryers come standard with the PCT programmable control timer feature that enables the owner exact control over the time of day the dryer will turn on and off. This feature can reduce energy costs and wear on the dryer up to 66% or more PA series reduces energy and wear vs a competitive non-cycling dryer by:
· 1 shift operation……………………………..66%· 2 shift operation……………………………..33%
MAINTENANCE DUE LIGHT & TIMERThe key to years of reliable & trouble free dryer operation is regular maintenance. PA series dryers are equipped with a maintenance due reminder light and re-set button. After every 1000 hours of operation the maintenance due light illuminates alerting the end user that it is time to service their dryer. The re-set button automatically resets the timer and the light will light again in 1000 hours.
