Coverage quality of HO area decide the DL throughput for mobile HSPAuser.

The higher Load will not impact the pilotpollution but will be deteriorated in coveragequality of handover area.

This is the typical example for HSPAthroughput optimization in dense urban.The average throughput of Applicationlayer reach to 1.2Mbps.(Cat12 UE)

The poor CQI will be reported if the Ec/Io
