Pankaj - Paramount39 Seiketsu = Standerdization Regularizing 5S activities so that abnormalities are revealed Make it easy for everyone to identify the state of normal or abnormal condition For maintaining previous 3S, deploy visual management It has been estimated by scientific study that 60% of all human activities starts with sight 5S is easy to do once.
