&lthough affirming the lower court3s postponement of a decision respecting the husband3sright to credit until the divorce trial because this aspect of the decision was not appealed, the court in Heff v Heff "0A6, 6d Dept5 0- &pp Div d AAA, ;?; JSd 0, remar%edthat a >udgment reKuiring the husband to pay the full amount of the claimed arrears intemporary maintenance and child support would have been appropriate, notwithstanding

he court in luc% v luc% "0A=, d Dept5 6; &pp Div d 6=, -/ JSd -A,concluded that a husband3s payment of the spouses3 credit card bills, apparently prior todivorce, could not be offset against arrears in "temporary5 maintenance and child supportowed to his wife.
