Canned Food DriveThe holiday season is a time of great need for local food banks, and we want to do our part to help out during the weeks ahead. Bring canned foods—or other non-perishable items—between now and Sunday evening November 21. We’ll donate it all to the HOPE Food Pantry in Aubrey.New Members’ DinnerWe will hold our annual New Members’ Dinner on Sunday, November 21, at 6 PM. The service will begin with a Thanksgiving observance of the Lord’s Supper at 6 PM followed by a church-wide potluck dinner at 6:30 PM. This event is for all church members, not only new members. This is our opportunity to show our thanks to the Lord for those who have joined our church family over the past year. Please make plans now to join us and bring a meal to share. New members, you are our honored guests, so please do not be concerned over binging a meal of your own to share.

This is a great opportunity to invite your friends and family to church.Community Angel TreeThe Missions Committee is sponsoring Angels from the Community Angel Tree, to be distributed through The Shepherd’s Storehouse. Names will be available this Wednesday, November 17. Presents should be returned unwrapped by December 8. A display will be set up in the coming weeks in the foyer so you can pick an Angel for this Christmas Season. We look forward to your participation.
